don't put hyphen for numbers..except if its alphabets

I have this 3 calls that have refused to be rated for like 2 days now while I have dine calls after them that got rated..the 3 calls are not long calls
what could be the possible reason?

go to your uba account online and check under your transcstion statements.. you should see something like ****code or beta still download uba mobile app

but they did not deposit all my earnings o..although the date showed 8/5/2019-8/11/2019.

please I have 1 USD in my PayPal account. I tried to withdraw to my linked UBA Africard but it gave me this error " something is not right at the moment. try again later"

BTW, I thought this guys have the correct transcriptions to those calls nd they only crosscheck before they give points..but laslas na idea them dey use d call I did yesternight ehn..anything I can't hear I just fill in the gap to rhyme with their discussion and while I couldn't drop was I had exhausted my release..so I managed to avoid inverted speakers and submitted. It was a an 8 min call but to my surprise I saw a 5 rating.
i think i'm liking this Uk calls.lol

it feels good to score 5..congrats. However take note of those mistakes that was giving you low ratings and what you did right to get the perfect rating cos consistency is very important.

when you are up for the test again, just keep reloading the page until you get "test file 6". you can check page 1 or 2,? for the verbatim transcript and just paste it there.

Alas, after eating all energy, time and effort, na 2 I get . errors almost full my screen.
I give up on calls beyond 7 minutes.slow and steady is bae

after spending like 5 hours on a 29minutes call..it wasn't easy but I had a smooth run because of the auto transcript there already and also the two speakers were audible. omoh, if I see anything like 1 or 2..that would be the last time I will do long calls.

Hi..I am on a very long call now(8 hours long) but along the beginning of the call after the Rep has introduced herself, the person that picked the call dsid she was from the advisers side before she later handed the phone to the customer for the rest of the call. My question is do I transcribe the advisor under customer or rep?

I don't want to get a 1 because of this after that much time. Thanks

those having hard time transcribing should try to install livetranscibe..

This long calls no be for me oo..how can you use 3 hours to transcribe only to get 1,because of 1 reverse speaker..

Bro. My major challenge is in typing. Which browser do you use, and do you experience any challenge with what you typing running into the extreme part of the screen? Where the "release options and co tend to block your view.

puffin displays your transcripts without any problem on phone but the only problem with puffin is it can reload itself anytime and you might have to start afresh.
what I simply do while using chrome or Mozilla on phone is switch phone to landscape mode and I'd have a better view of my work

Don't give up..I just started getting 5's and 4's this week after like 10-12 one ratings..
just go back to the Do's and dont's and take note of Capitalization and punctuation when you are transcribing
