Guys, so after days of reading all the comments on this thread and FAQ, I made my first attempt today. It wasn't easy because I used a phone, and I was nervous. But guess what?

I got a Five. I'm good to go shocked

Hi guys. So I'm working on a call right now and the Rep's name is Chinenye. Anglo-Nigerian. but her name was written as Chenene. Do I transcribe it like that?

I transcribed a FC call yesterday afternoon where the customer na grade one stammerer. And the worst part is that he won't even allow the rep to and his talk he will jump in with his stuttering and fast British accent. I will just cool down listen to all his stammering and rephrase in my own way. 10 mins call and I still get my 5 rating. grin

I love FC UK calls baje. Please you people should leave them for me. cheesy

Lol... I think they accept some rephrasing on FC calls or them sef no dey hear well. Those guys just speak more words per second than Americans so it's double the work

From my research, I doubt if they can decipher British accent too. The more reason they want people to transcribe those calls.

Is payment done automatically or there is a way I have to initiate it? and also do I assign a currency sign when the speakers did not say it? e.g Rep: you paid a 70 last month? should I add any currency sign or just transcribe as I hear

i've noticed something interesting about the dreaded FC UK calls. its transcript is treated with more leniency than most calls, i got my first breakthrough from a FC UK(though went in half-heartedly) and someone up there as well gave a testimony. i guess its a boogey man thing; face the monster and he'll stop scaring you

Good evening everyone, I really appreciate everyone's contribution and Op for creating this thread. God bless you. I never thought I could get something worthwhile from nairaland asides bashing and insults. You all are really commendable.
Please, I just started and I was trying to open a paypal account but from the pdf doc on the process it said we use the address from the bank statement to be used as business line.
Please, can I use any address because I can't remember the one I used to open my UBA account.
P. S: can a whatspp forum be created too? Thanks.

Hello, I'm working on a call between two persons. But all the automatically generated time stamp is showing "rep". Could this be a rep to rep call?

Have u gone through the FAQ thoroughly?

From the conversation u should know if it's rep to rep.
The label that was generated automatically does not matter.

Go through FAQ well to avoid heart breaks.

If it's an Automatic voice recording I'll get an automatic rating of 1. U are not supposed to transcribe such calls.

Other time you will be so sure of yourself you will just see 3 or 2
