Someone said most management staff are on leave and people are hailing him like illiterates. One person even said this shows he works in DPR.

common sense should tell you that "most" management staff can't go on leave at the same time. Also, when someone goes on leave, his/her duties must be transferred to another member of staff

They have management staffs(Chiefs and managers) and top management staffs(Assitant Directors and Deputy Directors) all of which must be present in their departments b4 any interview can be conducted. They r a lot of department and all headed by managers and ADs. The cooperate service department is a very sensitive and secretive one, dpr staffs in other departments dnt even know the next move.. Like I said earlier, it's going to end this year. It's a new week let's see how things unfold this week.... Good morning.

Federal character already did their part before the test was conducted, sharing formula was the first thing they did immediately after staffs promotion early this year which attributed to the delay in the aptitude test.. So just keep ur fingers crossed as most of the Management staffs are on leave. Although the deputy director cooperate service just resumed last week, majority should resume this week . As at Monday last week, the only result in the office was that of ONDs, they are yet to receive others... It will all end this year as dpr will certainly not start next year with a total staff strength less than 700 as a sizable number of them are retiring by December . Keep on praying if u know how to.

Learn about MTN core values and try to relate each one with your real life experience; you will most likely not be questioned on all but as you don't know the one you will be questioned on. It's better you prepare on all. Know about the job roles/functions too. Most importantly be CONFIDENT and look smart and talk smart too.

They want to see how intelligent and smart you are; BUT don't show I know it all attitude ooo.

I got 74% is that high. I feel I should have gotten 80 upwards. The maths was my enemy.
