People selling cocaine and the likes are being arrested cos its illegal. Also will the gun-carriers are gonna be arrested if found with gun.

Of course, its gonna be very difficult at the start, but with time. Besides, any law set up today is always against the future for proper effect!

Imagine a scenario where weed and the likes are legal, people are gonna be puffing even in the white house.
