Please stop this joke of yours please.
AEDC is -0%.
Those of you giving AEDC kudos must be resident in the city. Please use your powers to rescue those of us in the satellite towns. This AEDC guys have finished us here. No prepaid meter, very high estimated bills (imagine One bedroom flat paying over 7k a month with poor supply). It's very disheartening. Please you guys should help us. I've not had light for weeks now but yet bills keep coming. Story is that the Transformer was vandalised. Who vandalised it when in the real sense, it is only the AEDC guys that go there.
Refusing to give out Pre paid meters to customers in the satellite towns just so they can continue milking them with estimated billing with no supply to show for it.
Always diverting supply to the city centre alone.
I just feel like going to their office and breaking the teeth of all their top management staff who are Zambians.

As a community, have you collectively written to the management to pour out your grievances/threats, and also reporting to NERC?

We should start from there.

Vandalization of transformer, I doubt if any official staff of AEDC can be responsible due to good take-home.

AEDC of late there have improved. There is even power supply as am typing. I will rate them 65% (perhaps its because there is usually light during Prime Time)

How long did you know your wife for before engagement ?

I have known her for years as friends though.

We have many ladies that are skeptical of being engaged within or after 24hrs.

This lady only refused her skepticism from ruining her chance.

And they were engaged for 10 months to be sure of compatibility.

Steady and direct exposure to the fan is unhealthy for the respiratory system.
Properties / Re: Five Things You Need To Know When Building A New Home by ayobase(m): 7:57am On Aug 12, 2017
Here are my modifications and additions.

For the No 4 point, change the heat to cool breeze.

When building, endeavour the bedroom window is opposite the direction of the wind because that's where you spend your sleeping hours and most of your days at home.

Also, try as much as you can to make sure every nook and cranny of your house is reachable by sunlight.

Your store should not only have a door, but small Window or opening with fancy block for cross ventilation.

Avoid having ceiling fan in your bedroom, rather a standing fan.

Go for water system that requires less amount of water to flush a load of waste.

No matter the space, create one (even 8f na 50cm by 50cm) to farm.

Having flowers in you compound only needs about 30cm from the fence. Not a bad idea.

Endeavour you sitting room has cross section of windows for proper ventilation due to crowd, and always opposite your dinning room.

In the kitchen, always position your cooker opposite the door in case of emergency.

Avoid unnecessarily wide and long toilet/bathroom to avoiding consumption of tiles.

Use energy saving electronics to save more on energy bill.

What again o...

modified.

If your house perimeter is going to be close to the fence, then it is advisable you make it half block and half metal work for easy access of air.

Ensure you have two doorways leading into your built apartment - one by the sitting room and the other by the kitchen.

Every brand is good, but the maintenance culture by most Nigerians coupled with hours, days, week and month a sick car can go before repairs.

Programming / Re: Nigerian Programmers Can Be Of Great Help In The 2019 General Elections. by ayobase(m): 9:30am On May 08, 2017

I am not a programmer, I know.. But I know that there are lots of intelligent Nigerians everywhere that are good in writing codes and creating good softwares and mobile apps..
Now, is the time we put their skills to good use..
Let us come together and do something spectacular..

If our leaders wouldn't to do the right thing, we Nigerians can put them aside and show them the way forward..
To that effect, I would like to make a suggestion here.

...
I would like the Nigerian Programmers to come together and conduct a competition that would require the participating competitors to create hack-proof computer softwares and mobile apps that could be strong and viable enough to be used for conducting highly sensitive online elections.

...
Let the competition be widely publicized; and also, let all the apps and softwares that were used (or produced) in the competition be made available to the general public for testing in their various private polls and choice-making (and for public review too)..
If this is done, the government of the day would start thinking towards adopting electronic voting for once, and at the same time, make plans towards adopting these Nigerian-made softwares and apps rather than considering importation of the softwares..
In this modern era,, paper counting and recounting is absolutely outdated and archaic.. The importance and advantages of electronic voting are too numerous to mention

thought of this months ago, but the app won't be limited to Nigerians only.

We wouldn't want the outsiders deciding for us, unless there is a way to block IP addresses out Nigeria. And one vote per IP address to avert rigging.
