A friend of mine presently serving in ebonyi just called me and said their officials told them they won't be around for their monthly clearance that they (the officials) would be in camp...
But oh well this is Nigeria and anything can happen....

yeah, I also heard the same from a friend serving in Osun state but just as you've said this is Nigeria where anything can happen assidiuously in due course.
