Good day room,

I plan on getting my first car in a few month time, from a colleague, he uses a chevrolet sedan 2009, gas mileage is about 32,000km, he services the car every 7,000km according to him, and he does the servicing and maintenance only at CFAO in port harcourt. Furthermore he uses the car mostly from work to home according to him also. The chevi is has a manual drive and the body is in top condition, it's even the cleanest chevi I have seen so far, which says a lot about the owner and maintenance.

My concern is that the maintenance of this car I heard is quiet on the expensive side, I mean the parts and acquiring them in case of replacement, please how true is this, and for those that have knowledge on this car should kindly advice on an alternative if possible with a budget of #850k.

There are lot of factor to consider, it's best you ask expert who can help you calculate what will power all those. And trust me even a 5kva may power all that but your battery will run down very fast. You can get a belgium inverter depends on brand. But for battery which is the main issue, get a new one. I use a Gel battery the slim ones. I use it with my 1.5kva. I use it to power just 1 fan 1 tv and sound system, on an average, it last me all day, 6am- 10pm. Tv on all day. So your consumption and the voltage of your appliances says alot

So couple of time, friends have come to visit me, and after eating, the guys just go to kitchen and drop the plates, I don't even care if they wash it or not, I do it my self and sometimes I tease them to doing there dishes. So coming to girls, they come over, and after eating they drop there plates( unwashed) some gfs just end up clearing the kitchen and some just drop the plate, few that slept over wakes up in the morning without the thought of clearing the kitchen.

Do you think it's cool to approach the said ladies at least the courtesy of the guy cooking and they dropping the plates for him to clear up because the apartment belongs to him. Or I should just quietly, do my thing, and next time I pay them back, by the decree of cook and wash your food and plate. (lol)

Back to been serious, do you guys think it's expected of ladies to always clear up the kitchen at the host place, which of course depends on the relationship between the guy and the lady or there isn't a big deal about it. It's just dirty dishes right? But we all see it as one of the tedious of kitchen duties.

There are jobs in ph, trust me, you just have to know a guy that knows a guy that knows another guy, you know what I mean. In my coy, when we have new contract, or need more hands, the company employ those that were laid off, it reduces the cost of training and what have you. People retire day in day out, people are promoted as well, who fills in those sits?

Hello, I hope you remember, you Sold the LG before I was ready to buy, you motivated me to buy the LG G4, I haven't regret it, I ordered and was delivered 4days after, this is a good phone guys, I vouch for the phone, and her price is cheaper, I got mine about 10k more than what she's offering I suggest you guys should taste this bad boy.

Dear OP, having a child or and re- marrying isn't a big deal to me, to guys it's a personal taste or fashion, however there are some determining factors that tells the type of guys that will approach the said lady, her age, social status, looks, independence to mention the few.
