@Malachi2uk: The guy is not learning if his ready to learn he will pay attention to the set instructions, I gave him trading plan to follow is digressing just to fault the system. he said it earlier on that all the system posted on this thread are not working as claimed that the so call gurus are hidden somethings.And one thing he fail to realize is that no thread can dash out useful information like this without requesting for money.As for me am given you all the way am using it nothing is hidden and is working for me.

I remember one of my emphases is on openness from the strategy giver, which has spotted my faults in this project, as a result of Accentuate openness and willingness to give out. GOOD ONE INDEED!!! But I dont remember saying ALL STRATEGIES, I SAID SOME.

The real essence of this project is achieved after perusing my trades with your RECENT corrections. Everyone learns, not only me.

You can please read my argument from previous pages. That is exactly my point. Trading only candle pattern without any combo like S/R, etc is not profitable.

There is more to it which some traders are not ready to unleash.

Total signals: 9
Positive signals: 4
Negative signals: 5

The analysis of today's project is, out of every 2signals generated, positive signal is less than 1, while we have more negative signals.

I will say its a very bad result because 9signals is enough to test a working strategy. If I decide to trade just once everyday, this result still gives me a loss after 2weeks (mon-fri)

I will continue test running it till Friday, as time permits, but no more in the open. I don't want to litter this place with charts.

Aiit. thanks for posting your experiments. however, I have some questions. I don't know,still learning.

1 -on the last experiment if you placed a put option on the 10th bearish candle, aren't you supposed to win the trade, as from the chart I see a downward trend, except there was later a reversal.

2- I have an account on binary.com. on my trading page I don't see any candlestick chart, only line chart, how do I combine use a candlestick chart to trade there? do I get a separate chart app, and then quickly go to binary.com when I spot a good formation? cc; accentuate, fxstory, malachi2uk,shalom123. thanks gurus. :-)

to the gurus in the house,I believe from those rules 3 rules accentuate posted, the 2 candles circle with a blue line is a bearish engulfing. if I place a 30mins put option at that spot, wouldn't I be losing? as a there is really no reversal(from my newbie knowledge) or is there something I am missing? also, am I right on identifying the candles circled in red a bullish engulf? thanks house. cc; accentuate, malachi2uk,Ayoola190,mikeamosu.

You are better off with 17th and 36th candle. Those are the only two setup I see based on his explanation.

To get these setups is not going to be easy as you will have to wait wait and wait.

yes I do when I used to trade, and you can also join me to post live chart and we all analyse. This is because I may not be able to open chart everyday due to my schedule.
I just downloaded an mt4 because of the assignment accentuate gave me. All we just have to do is post chart immediately it forms, and we all monitor the result of next candle.

@Ayoola190:The only system that you can confidently trade and ever stand the test of time is candlestick pattern because if you really understand it you feel the rhythm of the market. indicators are built on the reaction and impulse of candles. you don't need any combo indicators to trade with candlestick all what you need is to understand the criteria and conditions need to be met before trading any candlestick pattern be it Engulfing pattern,Shooting star,piercing pattern and others.

Regarding your comment of carrying newbies along with live trades, last year before nairaland site was hacked i suggested to run live candlestick class here on this thread at no cost so that we can all understand the pattern but nobody signify interest.now i don't have that time because am occupy with so many things.

I Have nothing to prove because i know that the system work perfectly well if you follow the criteria and the conditions duly. I think is you that will prove to newbies that the system rocks if you can permit me to give you one small assignment for 1 week starting from Monday.

1. Open a Demo account with any brokers of your choice

5. Give us your feedback on Friday am very sure you will definitely sing a new song and your mentality will change towards trading candlestick independently with their major pattern.


With the screenshot you posted if i were there when the formation occurred, i will confidently place 2 valid trades

Starting from tomorrow, am going to post live charts of the exact setup described by you, as time permits and may not necessarily be everyday. I think the most important thing here is the profitability and not the number of trades in a day.

I wish not to prove you wrong as the success of this project means a lot to me.

Incase you think I dont know how to identify pattern, example of bullish engulfing is found in the lowest low of the attached chart which resulted positive.

I understand your point as I have personally tried trading with candle pattern. The truth is that it is practically difficult if not impossible to trade binary using only those patterns. There is more to it, either candle pattern and S/R combo, or you apply it to other strategies.

I also appreciate the efforts of Sunwalk, Accentuate, among others. I believe that a trader who sincerely wants to teach newbie (especially) will carry them along with live trades for like a week. This will not only give a thorough explanation, but also expose the trainees to the reason behind every trade and we both calculate the profitability.

This is my humble opinion as you all have to bear with me. Am not criticizing anyone. Am saying this because some strategies posted here are not profitable has claimed. Take for example, using only candle formation pattern without any combo.

NOTE: Am just talking based on the little experience I have in trading and can be proved wrong with live trades.
