One of the best cars you can find. I have been using Mazda since 2006 and has never dissapointed. Fuel economy is superb. Don't listen to uninformed guesses. Go for it. That car does not dissapoint |
Congrats Oga Chidi. He was a good guy . Very brilliant. We were together in Promasodor/Wonder Foods/Cowbell in those days. |
Joe used to work as ICT manager in Nigerian Breweries until he was recalled and made a minister. He was a jolly good fellow. So sad. |

Ihave been offered a plot of land at this estate to buy.The area is fast developing and looks promising.Does anyone knows anything abt the area before I make a committal?.Thanks in advance. |
Ifeel for all of you.I must comment both sides for the insightful commentary however I must tell everyone that all govs of the 3rd or is it 4th republic are now in the senate so Tinubu deserves to be there too hence the wifes choice. The old west never believed in money politics and had a way of compensating long followership with elective posts.recall Lam Adesina was made gov of Oyo state this way. Ask the complainants how long they have been in the party, what are their contributions, their pedigree and you will be amazed. Omisore case is still fresh.Atiku is also another pointer to this fact. Win or lose, committed party member stays. |

ohakim has a history of violence. He has ordered his aides to beat up a woman in front of her children in Lagos before on allegation of not disappearing from the road for his convoy to pass. Anyway what do you expect from a cohort of Orji uzor kalu. E no go better for d man,his children and his children's children |

Anybody in the house? Lets share experiences on SLA and outsourcing since this is the main focus of all organisations these days. Yes for me they are mainly driven by agreed KPIs but we are yet to transit to the level of bonus for over achievement and penalties for under achievement. What do we do? .Sometimes your partners look you in the eye and ask whether you are operating in Nigeria or elsewhere. Operating in panic mode all the time does not look good at all. Lets share experiences |

Nice to stumble on this thread. The truth however is that Supply Chain cannot be counted as a profession in Nigeria for now despite the huge potentials that abound. Let me introduce myself. I have a degree in Agriculture and an MBA has been in this field for over 15 years. I have done Procurement,Warehousing, Materials planning, Production Planning, Clearing and Forwarding and presently head the Logistics-Distribution of a frontline multinational in Nigeria. So i can say i know what it takes. I tried registering for NIPSM-Nigeria some 10 years ago but left in frustration when i went through the course handout. The truth is they offer nothing for the present challenges. Lets keep the thread alive. We are presently migrating to SAP. This will go live in March 2010. I have worked with different types of software so i will say the organisation will eventually determine what they want. |
Omoba, Pls mail me oluoduyingbo@yahoo.co.uk Reply expected |

There is nothing in there. Serialeco should talk or anyone receive anything from him? |
We should take personal stand on this issue. Let me give this story that happened to a friend at Mile 2 in Lagos. There is this particular old lady always soliciting for alms every morning at a particular spot. My friend felt touched and ask for the old womans story. The woman says she lives in a makeshift house somewhere and had lost her husband and kids and as such alone in the world. My friend felt touched and asked the woman if she can manage a small scale business in the motorpark. She replied in the affirmative and asked for sometime to think of the business she can do. My friend wanted to fund this business as a way of assisting this old lady. The woman disappeared for sometime only to resurface and tell my friend not to bother about her as she is comfortable with her present business as she called it but if my friend doesnt mind he can still drop the cash. Can you imagine? We all contribute to this menace. They can clean , baby sit ,wash for a fee etc. I can assure you that there is a lot of money that can be made without debasing oneself in this manner. |
I am really suprised that nobody has commented on the rofo rofo fight going on in SPRING bank( Owena/Citizens/Guardian Express). We have to be careful of all this fantastic figures being posted by this banks. Lets be careful. To the Gurus - urgent advice required for the house |
Lets meet at the polls to tell them that our votes count. We have done it before in 1993 and we will do it again. What gives OBJ the impression that he loves Nigerians more than Nigerians after 8 wasted years that was spent chasing shadows. No light , no water, every house is like a local govt where you have to provide basic amenities for yourself. The man claims he is a democrat yet he does not wants to see opposition flourish. His candidate in Lagos will definitely lose as he has nothing to offer. When asked about his plans for Lagos - he claims he wants to align with the centre. Is that the best that this evil called PDP can offer Lagosians?. I fear for this country. The present generations of politicians are in their twilight years. We have to stand up and fight for ourselves and our children( Afterall, OBJs daughter, Alis wife and a host of others are on their way to Abuja). This is surely a theatre of absurds. |
It depends on the location. For Lagos, a standard plot is 60ft by 120 ft while Ibadan is 50ft by 100ft. I suggest that you find out from the vendor before comitting yourself. |
