@ Op, I actually watched d PDP rally and whoever posted that on facebook obviously has a biased opinion.

GEJ didn't say pple will not be jailed or punished, he said pple have always been jailed and punished but that has not stopped corruption. The preaching against jail wasn't in a bid to stop offenders from being jailed, probably or not, it was more of condemning it's use to hunt perceived enemies. .....he further said an additional way to fight corruption is to make access to funds IT based, at least you only steal what you have access to.

I actually hope APC wins the presidency and let's see what they are capable of doing.......one thing I'm so sure of is that they CAN NOT do better than d present govt. at dat level because they haven't even been able to clearly state how dey intend to achieve all their empty promises.

Do not just accept d course because u want to be a graduate......gone re d days u go to d university just to get a certificate.

Think about what profession u'll like to practice in future, if primary education is not anyway related, pls throw their admission letter in their face.....u might not get d course u want to study but what u opt for must be related to your passion...so that u can switch easily at say Msc level.

I work in a federal univ in d east so I can guide u on nxt year's admission into my school....dis year is closed......best wishes

(around early sept of the academic year), so wat we do is to use our money to apply for visa and other requirements earlier to meet up with the school registration deadline pending when funds from d FG arrives.....the letter from the university only covers me......asper my family....i am on my own...but i'll really love to go with them...i'd rather opt for another country than to stay without my family for two yrs...

but the requirements i read thru on d embassy's website scares me ...she has to learn german..after which the certificate of fluency in german will be submitted along with other docs and then pay the 120,000 naira verification of documents fee....then a long wait for five to six months again before embassy decision is reached......

PLS CAN SOMEONE CLARIFY ALL THIS FOR ME.....THANKS

Eke40seven: The programme you are going for is not clear at all, to start with. If you intend to go for a Bsc or MSC degree, I.e. study, then a sponsorship letter from a Nigerian organisation will not deliver the goods at all. I'm not sure what you are going for but I think you are going through the wrong documents or going through the right documents the wrong way or just mixing things up.
come up with a clearer picture of what you are going for, your future plans and let's see how people here can help you.

Please I need advice oh! i just went thru d German embassy's site and i discovered a lot lot of requirements for spouses to join their spouses.....lol....my concern is dis ...i'm sure my organization will sponsor me to study in Germany next year...but I'll want to pick ma wife and Son along....i plan to enrol her for the German course as soon as possible......ma questions are:

1. Is it advisable to submit her visa application along with mine?
2. I don't intend to open any blocked account...I plan to present a letter from my work place as sponsor....how acceptable is dis?
3. How long does the embassy take to process visa for spouses...I learnt about five to six months?...jezz that's like forever.
4. Is the Verification fee compulsory?......N120,000....mhen...dis embassies are making money from us oh!....the earth belongs to God, why person

Yes it does because, the bible it self says we should guard against false doctrines, false teachers and false prophets. So that clearly tells us to confirm everything we hear in church by searching the scriptures.

I'm still yet to find anyone who would quote a scripture in d bible to tell me were we are asked to pray mention any other name in our prayers to God....except the name of Jesus. Even wen our parents and pastors pray for us as spiritual heads, they do it IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

The whole point of Christianity is that our Lord Jesus tasked a group of people (Apostles > the Church) to go out and spread the Gospel, baptising them etc. He did not say, everybody open your bible and decide for yourself (I alluded to what this has led to in my previous post). You’ll also find that St Peter guards against this in 2Peter 1:20. Please remember our Lord’s last words ---- And Surely I am with you always, to the end of the age - Matt 28:18 onwards. The Church that Jesus established will not teach error in matters of faith and morals. – My question to you is – How do you even know that the bible is to be followed and how do you think the Christian faith was formed?

And how are u sure the so called historical facts are to be followed?
The bible was written by holy men of God who were inspired by the holy spirit. These men wrote at different places and surprisingly wrote d same thing.....men like luke, john, mark etc.....daniel wrote end time prophecies, john wrote d same thing in d book of revelation.
The bible we carry now is what they wrote...put together.

Yes I have, because it is permitted in d book of James they all prayed to God for me IN THE NAME of JESUS. But there has never been a place where d bible says someone in heaven or hell can be asked to pray for us....except Jesus, and we pray to God in the name of Jesus...phil2:9-11.
