I am going to respond the same way my mentor responded to me when i asked him first time. I will push you in the right direction. Google 1hr vegas tunnel trading. The settings for the ema's are there. I don't tunnel trade though. Then, when you get the settings, google "turtle rules". It is a breakdown of an experiment by Richard Dennis and Bill Eckhardt. Richard and Bill are very very very successful traders and in the 80's one made a bet with the other that trading cannot be taught; you either had the genes for it or you don't. It is said that the movie trading places by Eddie murphy was based on this experiment. They put up an ad in the papers and interviewed hundreds of people and eventually settled for 14 people to train. They called the would-be traders the "original turtles". After 2 weeks of training, they armed them with 1 million each and let them loose on the market. They used a simple 20 and 55 day trend following strategy created by a friend of theirs, Richard Donchian. They turned the 1 million each to a combined 117 million dollars in 4 years. Of course not all the 14 traders completed the programme. Even with a winning strategy, some got fired because they refused to follow the rules and where losing money. They claimed that Bill and Richard did not show them the complete system, which of course they did; Donchian trading has about a 70% losing streak than winners but the winners envelope the losers once you catch a trend. Read the pdf, it will most likely change your outlook on trading. After the experiment Bill and Richard concluded that even if you gave most traders a map of how to trade 95 percent would still not follow it, refering to the one's that got fired. Only 5 percent will ever make it as traders.

Gbawe, your suggestion would be a very fantastic strategy if done: That we know those who would be working with Buhari before hand.

I'd also suggest that we have a good number of ministries headed by youths and women. This would discredit the falsified propaganda that Buhari is an oldie that doesn't carry the youths along.

Your vote is your power, together we will put to a stop Buhari's attempt to benefit from the institution he destroyed.

I believe bondage is when you're neck deep in PDPs suffering for 16years and still want it to continue.

Infact, its a psychological disorder called Stockholm Syndrome <Google it>. Hence, consulting a psychologist or psychiatrist would not be a bad idea for these sufferers undecided

afolag:
Am thinking of going into forex trading please advice me.

1) Read a lot of books. I mean alot of books. Start with the tutorial at www.babypips.com then read Technical Analysis for Financial Markets by John Murphy.

2) Download the trading tool/software you'd be trading with at www.xm.com. Mind you, XM is a broker and there are a million other brokers but XM has been reliable. Brokers route your money to the market and they provide a platform/graph that displays how your money moves. Learn how to use this tool very well. It's called MetaTrader 4 (MT4). Register with XM and you're good to go.

3) Demo trade before you start trading with your money. Demo trading means trading with a virtual money in a real scenario. The money is not real but the market movement is the real market you'd be trading with when you start trading with your money.

4)Develop a tradinģ strategy. After demo trading for a while you should develop a strategy that has been quite reliable to make profit. For instance, you should have a certain level of confidence while trading atleast one currency pair. Simply because, you have traded the pair so well that you can say where a major resistance/support lies.(Dont worry about what support/resistance mean; you'd soon understand wink ) This would give you a glimpse of an impending breakout. Please develop a strategy.

5) You will lose some money so its important to solidify your emotions. Never ever get too emotional about money. The best way to prevent this is to NOT invest more than you can afford to lose. Invest very little and let it grow. Don't invest your gratuity or your wage because deep within your emotional scripting, you'd be reminded every time you wanna trade that its your gratuity/salary you're trading with. When emotion decides your trade decision, you're on the road to a margin call. Let the rationality of price in your strategy determine your trade decision - always!

Capt. Emeka Ihedioha will be sworn in a matter of days. PDP cleaning house ahead of GEJ 2019.

Hope you also told your son that he may never enjoy what his mates enjoy in other countries because he has been ruled by an unproductive political party all his life?

And if he asks why there's no constant electricity and why you spend alot on your gen, I hope you'd tell him that Buhari who never ruled him for once is responsible for this.

Or he asks why nothing has been done to curb the corruption amongst street cops/policemen, you'd say Buhari is responsible, yeah?

I pray your son becomes a better father, more rational when he grows up.

Tbillz:
anybody from liberia will answer this your question perfectly. The danger of a woman ruling directly or indirectly.

Thia is just a meaningless digression: Comparing an elected president with a first lady is airy-fairy off-point.

What danger lies in having a woman as the ruler in a country as long as she's elected by a credible election? Sirleaf took a deadpan country after war into steady growth until Ebola struck! Angela Merkel, a woman, is one of the brightest German leaders ever. What about President Park Geun-Hye of South Korea? She has handled the country well. Or Prime Minister Erna Solberg of Norway? Or Helle Thorning-Schmidt of Denmark? If things go well, Hilary Clinton would lead the whole world come 2016. So there is no danger in having women leaders.

Separate a randy Dame from women of calibre. Dame needs to be tamed!

madamoringo:
I am sure the world will do more to help.

"The world" is reluctant to help because:

1) The cure has not been found: This makes it very risky for medical volunteers to leave their shores. As it stands, medical workers are more exposed to the virus as record shows. (RIP Dr. Adedevoh). The main reason for the reluctance President Sirleaf Johnson's administration is witnessing.

2) Skewed african orientation: Africans believe the "world" (western world) is their enemy. We've read on this forum where ignorant africans want Russia, a country that didn't donate as much as Nigeria in 2010, to defeat the US. For the records, Ethiopia gets 85% of its budget from foreign aids & grants and Russia doesn't donate a dime! So if your people think I'm your enemy, why would I not be reluctant? More ridiculous, some people believe Ebola was "developed" to kill the black race cheesy. Extremely skewed mentality!

3) The "world" is also fighting the scourge: Ebola has found its way into the US. It has also killed a priest and a nurse in Spain even after they took Zmapp. If US could swap 5 terrorists to save the life of a soldier, wouldn't they have saved the life of Duncan that died of Ebola if there was a tried and tested cure?

Anyways, we've heard that the Cuban government is sending a team of doctors. Also the UK is gearing up to send medical aids inaddition to the $100m donated by the US. I hope it stalls the spread while the cure is being found.

>We never clamoured for APC, in fact a lot of us thought they were gonna be just another party until Tinubu - even with his ridiculous record - gave up the beloved ACN and merged with CPC.

An unbiased look at these governors - governors that actually got voted in on the platform - one would see where service meets leadership for change.
Is it Fashola? Check. Amosun? Check. Ajimobi? Check. Aregbesola? Check. Even Fayemi. Lets not forget Akeredolu that lost in Ondo was a renowned lawyer with a good track record - a SAN like Fashola.

If APC churns out such bright minds with better governance and no scandal, I'll vote for this party than a PDP that couldn't build a refinery in 15 murffuking years!

Lagos Energy Academy! Takes leadership that sees the future like that of Lee Kuan Yee of Singapore to come up with something like this!

About the Composer - Karunesh
Karunesh (करुणेश, "Compassion"; born Bruno Reuter in 1956) is a Germany-born New Age music and Ambient music musician. His music has strong Music of India influences prevalent throughout, with liberal use of Indian instruments, such as the sitar. Karunesh was born in Cologne, Germany in 1956. Although he had been drawn to music as a child and played in bands as a teenager, he chose to study graphic design as a career. However, after obtaining his degree, Karunesh was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. His brush with death prompted him to choose music as a career instead of graphic design. He rethought his life and and traveled in 1979 to India, where he met Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) in his ashram in Pune. He became initiated and took on a new spiritual name, Karunesh (meaning "compassion" in Sanskrit). Back in Germany, Karunesh lived in the Rajneesh commune of Hamburg for five years. There he came in contact with musicians from all over the world and developed an eclectic style of music. In 1984, Karunesh released his first album, entitled Sounds of the Heart. His next albums were Colors Of Light (1987) and Sky's Beyond (1989). Karunesh has lived on Maui, in the U.S. state of Hawaii, since 1992.

The Better Together guys are leading at the moment with votes yet to be counted in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. The Pounds Is revving up. Tight race!

While I believe Scotland deserves to govern herself, there's a conservative tinge (not as open to the world) about the Scots that might not attract investment as the UK. But heck, Norway is doing fine. Same with Denmark. Why would Scotland not?

Back and forth, its been an emotionally demanding race. Whatever they decide would have a lasting effect on generations to come.

Wal-Mart Stores is the world’s largest employer. The retailer operates Walmart, Sam’s Club, and other chains, which together employ some 2.2 million people globally. Of that total, roughly 1.4 million were employed in the U.S. alone at the end of the company’s fiscal year. This accounted for notable share of the U.S. labor force, which totaled slightly more than 156 million people as of July. Outside the U.S., the retailer employs more than 200,000 people in Mexico, and nearly 170,000 at its Asda chain in the U.K. However, the company has also inspired fierce debate over its labor practices, with some claiming that Wal-Mart’s pay is too low to constitute a livable wage, and others arguing that Wal-Mart provides jobs to low-skilled workers with few options.

Hmmm. Atimes, I just wonder why the West still donates money to us. "... 90 million Euros (about N18.5 billion) as grant." undecided

Three things are note-worthy:

1) The Grants: Aids/Grants we've been receiving lately is huge. Some friend told me that the Health Ministry is In the process of receiving tonnes of money from the US and Foundations around the world to fight Ebola. That stopping Ebola is now the new scam. I also heard that US wanna dole out $100m or so to the affected countries. The same US/UK some would be blaming for our government's failure. Now they are sending money for the creation of jobs. Even over there, unemployment remains a big issue.

2) The West vis-a-vis Russia: Alot of Nigerians on here, who believe they have real understanding about foreign affairs, still post trash here on how they want Russia to trump the Western powers. Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxemburg, Greece, Belgium (small nations) are helping the world than Russia. Heck! In 2010, we donated more money than Russia. Oh well, Russia can only support war and dictators by giving weapons. Take it or leave it, even with the bad record of the West, we are better off with them. Russia is a monster. Ask Iceland.

3) The government: What stops each state from having an isolation facility has we now have in Lagos? What stops the government from providing basic amenities to encourage startups and SMEs - creating jobs? What stops the government from funding research programs, especially now that its clear we don't have standard programs? Lol. The West, yeah? Funny Nigerians! cheesy
