Mist100: This may sound funny. I know the rains bring a certain degree of inconvenience but there are advantages associated with the rains. My views are from one who provides wedding video and photography services.
1. The african skin isnt camera friendly because dark colors absorb light while bright colors reflect light. This explains why europeans appear photogenic in movies and pictures. So whats my point? During the rainy season, your skin is hardly exposed to the darkening effect of the sun hence a natural and harmless lightening or toning of your skin occurs. This makes your photographs and videos come out bright and crisp.

2.Guests are calmer during the rainy season. Heat makes everyone uneasy, restless and unkempt. I have been to events where everyone is busy fanning themselves and praying for the ceremony to be over.

Even with AC's on full blast, the fanning still continues. In such a circumstance, photographs and videos come out a bit scattered with fake and stressful smiles in your pictures.

So you may consider fixing your wedding on a day with mild rains.

You are 35% correct friend but you re talking if those who av the money to rent hall..How do you expect the average or the pool to rent hall when there is a free space in there area saving them of over 10 and above for just one day wedding...
They will rather prefer having their guests under a very sunny light and have their event planned wif the best location and a very good weather condition(I mean dry season).

I want to use this thread to get your Opinion about the Toilets in Filling Station(Petrol) and Food Eatry Toilet.
It was to my greatest surprise when I bagged into one of our so called Filling Station pleading to make Use of their restroom(toilet), and in getting to the place it looks more like a Public Toilet. All the WC are broken n even the Pots were filled wif Tissue papers and faeces.
I couldn't make Use of the place. The next street close to that same stAtion was a food Eatry (very big Eatry for that matter) I followed the protocols and i was told where the toilet was..You won't believe the same thing was in dat place too..littered floor, faeces everywhere around the Pot and a broken WC....
I have to find my square-root before I contact EVD (Ebola Virus Disease).
So please share your experiences and agree on which is better to Use because I don't think they re both relevant at all...

I was once a victim of dullness but I assure u dat being dull doesn't have anything to do wif gene or nourishment. What matter most is proper handling of the child from day ONE.
I was forcefully helped(to call it) by my parent to become what I am today after many years of dull-brain education at my age 7-19
I DON'T KNOW NOTHING...
But because my Mum won't let me rest by bombarding me wif extra-moral lessons day -in day-out.
Yet I didn't know NOTHING Until I got to my Pry 3 where by surprise I became 1st in my class wif 57 pupils.. Now today I have finished my degree in one if the greatest school in Nigeria wif my 2.1 (for those who don't KNOW the meaning it mean 2nd class upper )
In summary, adequate n good upbringing can help a child become brilliant...
