Op this is what you are saying summarily.

-Your husband loves you

-Your husband gives you a blank check with his ATM card

-Your husband wants to go the saloon with you

-Your husband gives you all your heart desires

-Your husband is basically every woman's dream

And you want to divorce him.

Please, Please get a divorce and let's see how you fare in 3 years time with other men.

Seriously, get the divorce.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Now I am tired...
Just as many of you have taken your time to read this story so have i taken my time in writing it. I cannot please you... I am not writing this story to satisfy your sexual urge(this is to those that are only concerned about Bleep)
I started out with a good intention of narrating my story to many out there who are going through what I went.. I wanted them to learn from this.
Now to those who want a summary, this is a story, stories are usually long narratives. Pls have it in mind that as I post comments I also see comments on this thread.. Majority of which are of obscene thoughts and it's a big distraction to me... Now do this
Imagine you were with friends, or should I say students whatever setting you wanted, and you were telling your story and some are throwing one or two sentence which is totally out of order, not what you have in mind because it is not what you experienced. Now how would you feel
To those that say I was running out of lies because I haven't mentioned the part where I had sex, pls bridle your tongue because You can not tell my story for me.
And to those who say they are bored with the story, just as you are bored, I am also bored because I was no longer seeing reasonable comments as I progressed and i am pretty sure that majority of those that tarried along up till this point are those that are eager to read and enjoy the sex scene. Well, I am sorry to disappoint you, I didn't start my story to ENTERTAIN but rather to ENLIGHTEN you on what is going on in our society.
To those saying I was making the stories shorts so i could garner pages, well sorry to say this but I think you are myopic, if you religiously followed from the beginning you would see comments on when I said I was at work.
And to the young man, that asked me why I Did not type everything out in a computer and uploaded all once instead, well you see sir, I started this story after a thought came to my mind, I was so motivated that I decided to register as a member on nairaland because I have always been a visitor on nairaland and this is my first topic on nairaland. I actually thought I could tell it peaceful as it progressed and not to be confused at the long run by many of you who wanted a different story.

Since you are not patient enough to know how I used what i had to get what I wanted.... You would probably never know.

My experiences are my precious moments because they shaped me into what I am today, and I won't have it altered because I want to tell a story on nairaland.

At this junction I drop my pen!

Well, Nigeria is larger than Texas. Look at the details:
Area: 923,768 km2
Ranking: 37th largest country about twice the size of
California

Texas:
Area: 696,200 km2 and larger than France or even Germany
Rank: 40th largest if it was a country

So in all, Nigeria is larger than Texas by over 200,000 km2.

Nigeria is too big to be a country. Its better to divide it into two or three peacefully. That's my opinion.
Nigeria is only slightly bigger than Texas in the U.S and Texas isn't the biggest state in US, Alaska is. So saying Nigeria should divide because it's too big makes little sense.

The clamour for biafra is starting to make waves, but as long as that's where Nigeria's income comes from, it would be a difficult decision to split. Hell, why do you think biafrans themselves want biafra?

Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by Ayt27(m): 10:32am On Nov 25, 2015
A NATO country has not shot down a russian jet since the cold war, thereby escalating international tensions, at any rate the russians claim their jet did not violate turkish airspace, putin says the jet was 0.6 miles(1km) into the syrian border when it was shot down.

It's obvious the turks and a large part of the west wants definitely funding Isis, America and its allies have been struggling to contain Russia’s influence in Syria and persuade Moscow to play a more constructive role in targeting Islamic State fighters but Russia has resisted efforts to shift its strategy in support of Syrian al-Assad, whom the West wants out of power. Washington sides with the fvckin Turks to protect it's sovereignity over it's airspace,
Russia probably violated Turkey's airspace and they didn't forsee the end result, an interception at most but downing the fighter jet, that's another ball game. I believe the last thing NATO wants is a conflict with Russia especially with everything else going on, Turkey is already cowering in her pants with full blown security steps, Russia's best shot at payback would be covert ops. If indeed the Kremlin decides to pay back in kind NATO would be forced to stand behind Turkey.

American and Russia are still going to go to war, maybe 50,100 years from now or even less, but it's going to happen.

Narrated 'Aisha: That the Prophet said to her,
"You have been shown to me twice in my dream.
I saw you pictured on a piece of silk and some-
one said (to me). 'This is your wife.' When I
uncovered the picture, I saw that it was yours. I
said, 'If this is from Allah, it will be done."
Sahih Bukhari 5:58:235 , See Also Sahih Bukhari
9:87:140

Narrated Hisham's father: Khadija died three
years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He
stayed there for two years or so and then he
married 'Aisha when she was a girl of six
years of age, and he consumed that marriage
when she was nine years old.
Sahih Bukhari 5:58:236

Narrated 'Aisha: that the Prophet married her
when she was six years old and he
consummated his marriage when she was
nine years old. Hisham said: I have been
informed that 'Aisha remained with the Prophet
for nine years (i.e. till his death)." what you know
of the Quran (by heart)'
Sahih Bukhari 7:62:65

Do these hadith hold weight in the islam religion? If yes then all I'v said is correct, but if No, then I agree to being hypocritical concerning Joseph and Mary's marriage

@ Demmzy15

I have always read your posts concerning the crusaders in your arguments and explanations even before I joined this forum.

There's been a lot of misconceptions about the crusades, but one thing that's as clear as a crystal ball is the crusades to the east is that "They were a direct response to Muslim aggression--an attempt to turn back or defend against Muslim conquests of Christian lands."Christians of that time weren't fanatics and true that the muslims conquered all of Egypt, Syria, Spain even as far as Turkey (asia minor, which was a Christian land since the time of St Paul). The propagation of Islam as always been by the sword, and the muslims of that time under their different sultans were thoroughly powerful, to the extent that christians in the East( Byzantine) the emperor in constantinople had to call for help from the Christians in the western europe.

As the faith of the Roman Empire, it spanned the entire
Mediterranean, including the Middle East, where it was
born. The Christian world, therefore, was a prime target for
the earliest caliphs, and it has remained so for Muslim
leaders for the next thousand years. The response of the western europe christians and knights was what gave birth to what is known as the Crusades, the crusaders were not the brainchild of an overly ambitious pope but a response to more than four centuries of muslims which had already conquered two thirds of the old christian lands. At some point christianity as a faith and culture had to defend it's self or be consumed by Islam. That last line of defence is the Crusades.

I agree that there was a lot of pillaging, plundering, probably mass killings and such. Both sides suffered casualties with the crusaders eventually over coming. The only reason the Islam scholars cry foul in relation to the crusade is because they never able to resist the force of the crusaders

I believe this hadith is authentic, reliable and therefore holds weight, whereas the so called apocryphal source may/may not hold weight, it is unreliable and therefore does not hold weight concerning the ages of Joseph and Mary.

Personally,I think any 50 something year old man who can have cex with a 9 year old girl and he has an ereckshun, then something is seriously wrong with such a person.

The truth is as much as I try not to be sentimental, Mohammed(pbuh) found himself in some tight corners and he had to receive revelations from God to back out. E.g the acceptable 4 wives compared to his own 13 wives, the fact that he claimed he got some of his revelations on aisha's bed when his other wives complained(after 3 times) that why was it only aisha he went in with.

Mohammed(pbuh) that was caught having sex with a slave girl in the bed of his wife Hafsah, after being pressured by hafsah and aisha, he vowed the slave girl (mary the copt) was forbidden to him. Later he then conveniently received another revelation from Allah (Quran 66:1-2) telling him that his oath was voided and that he could continue having sex with Mary the Copt. Is it reasonable to believe that Allah was so concerned about Mohammed(pbuh) having sex with his slave girl that Allah included verses about it in his eternal Word (the Quran)?

He claimed he was the last of the major prophets and yet he didn't to one single miracle to prove this.

Lastly, why didn't he pay dowries of the wives he married?

Everything you ask for is on that thread, lemme just give you d link you asked for http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/08504a.htm The final note is Mary married 90years old Joseph when she was 12 grin tongue
Bro trust me there's nothing you can say that will convince even atheists(for I believe they are neutral) that a 90year old (Joseph) married a 12 year old (mary) especially if your source is an apocryphal. Also it's noteworthy to note that the first point in the link you pasted I.e first sentence states that "The chief sources of information on the life of St. Joseph are the first chapters of our first and third Gospels; they are practically also the only reliable sources. Meaning your source the Catholic encyclopedia admits the first chapter of the first and third gospels are PRACTICALLY also the only reliable source of the life of Joseph.

We can also assume that mary was not a child because of hints given to us in Luke 1:28 and Luke 1:42
The angel (Gabriel) says onto mary blessed art thou amongst WOMEN not girls, not the young ones, not little ones but women, so also does her cousin Elizabeth says unto her.

was the prophet age and that of Aisha stated in the Quran? but you guys don't apply this logic when it comes to issues relating to Islam... you're all hypocrite
No it wasn't stated in the quran(as far as I know of)

It was stated in the hadith as narrated by aisha and we know Mohammed(pbuh) lost his wife kadijah when he was well above 50 years. The reason we don't apply this logic to Joseph and Mary is because like I said the apocryphal as agreed by numerous theological and Christian scholar as an UNRELIABLE source whereas the Hadith is reliable, except if the Hadith isn't reliable then I agree to being hypocritical.
Christianity Etc › Re: A Man Sentenced To Death For Renouncing Islam In Saudi Arabia by Ayt27(m): 10:21am On Nov 22, 2015
Concerning the issue of Joseph and Mary their ages was nowhere stated in the bible, but one thing we do know is, she was blessed amongst women by angel Gabriel and by her cousin Elizabeth.

Also Joseph Mary's husband isn't consequential to Christianity, if an old scroll turns up and it proves Joseph was a murderer, rapist and a thief, it wouldn't change anything about our beliefs. The bible would still be our bible whereas the Mohammed was highly fundamental in Islam if not the roots of Islam beliefs, hence his followers are likely to emulate his steps.

N.B The apocryphal is considered by many as a book having doubts of being inspired by God, that's why it's not included in most bibles.
