polymathic: The last tym I sed this, I was almost lynched... Military rule s d best that can happen to this Nation of ours
Nigerians don't want to see the truth. Even with a good President, the activities of other corrupt politicians inimical to the success of the government must be thwarted. Only Military Rule can achieve this feat. An end to all these thieving politicians. smiley

Tolexander: it may be a propaganda and may not be.

This is nigerian politics where everything can't be taken as complete fact or propaganda. Cos i believe there may likely be an atom of reality in all falsehoods and element of lie in all facts.
True again. I hope he's able to fight the government though. Last time a relation had a fight with government in court, it was a nasty experience.

Those gays loot money so hard and at the end go free, say lot of jargons and dnt get indicted... Now an ordinary citizen tries to pour out his anger n u av him arrested n tried also... This country will never be handed to APC in Jesus Name, they will fail in all state...
I'm not a member of any party, but I dnt tink APC s deemed fit to rule us...
It's a lie. You're a member of PDP for you to say APC will fail in all states. Some APC states are doing up to par with PDP governed states if not better. wink

Tolexander: what is information in its real sense?

Do you think information is confined within boundaries in which only certain professional bodies have access to?

Information can be got from anywhere bro! Don't be suprised these okada riders may have more genuine info on politics than you, due to the different people they come across daily.
I'm well aware of that Sir. But if that 'Motorcycle Rider' had posted only about the demolished buildings I would have condemned the incumbent governor with digust. But posting about the APC Chairman working with Labour Party to take Amosun out of government. Be sincere coming from a supposed motorcycle rider, doesn't that sound like propaganda to you?

tomakint: Is that supposed to be a question? undecided so you expect his Excellency to put on Army fatique with his jackboot andfly down to Sambisa forest like a Superman to search for the girls when the soldiers are already doing that. If I may ask, where were you when some disgruntled elements up North promised to make Nigeria ungovernable should he be elected or are you suffering from collective amnesia?
Where were you were you when Azazi categorically stated that Boko-Haram = PDP. Maybe you're suffering from acute hypomnesia.

He only smile and wave.......
How does waving and smiling help in rescuing the Chibok girls?

Imokay: I think an average Nigerian likes the way things are. Honestly, like Lagbaja rightly said in is Mumu song. We are all afraid of what will challenge our corrupt nature. We criticize the good and embrace the evil. We deserve our leaders, honestly. As election day is drawing near vot aree for anyone you like, feel free to lock yourself in for 4-8years. Enjoy the atmosphere of insecurity, uncertainty and more and then I believe, your soul will be satisfied.
The rot is not in government alone, it's in all Nigerian (as school principals) they will tell you how parents lobby for special centers to be arranged. Is that Jonathan too? We are corrupt and we are afraid that a regime like Buhari might fight it and it's just better to continue on the lenient path.
This is not about religion or geopolitical region....as some people have turned it.
Spot on bro. Even my aunt who is about 65 years told me the same thing. Nigerians are afraid of positive change because they will also have their shortcomings.

In Buhari's regime even people at lower levels of government were afraid of stealing even the smallest amounts money. Come to my state and see how even "local government Councillors" are lavishly wealthy from stolen funds while the people lack major social amenities and reek of abject poverty. Haba. Current PDP Politicians know if Buhari is elected their milking source of Nigerian funds will be broken. Some of them know they'll definitely be arrested. PDP has changed the Democracy of Nigeria to Freedom of looting public funds.

I'm a Southerner but I support APC. 90% of Southerners I've asked why do you support GEJ? "Because he is from the South"...We want our brother there. Funny enough our Southern states are not much different from the other zones. We still reek of undevelopment even with our so-called brother there. It's a big Shame what tribalism had done to us. Even salaries are paid late most times. Sometimes 2weeks into a new month. It's a shame.

Nigerians we are truly the cause of our problems. I'm sure GEJ even asks himself sometimes "I hope these people are sane? Why are they even supporting me blindly with the backwardness of this country since I came in?"

Nigerians be the judge come 2015. As for me I can't just imagine PDP in the hem of affairs for another 4 years. It's gonna be devastating. We need to try something different. Personally I don't think there's anything that can be worse than PDP.

My Opinion.

gists: Read the guy's sentences again and decide if it makes sense:

Is GMB hammering NE? No body has come out to prove he is involved with bh. Even the mumu-ish justineu didn't provide a shred of evidence to link GMB to bh.

BTW, I have never praised or made excuses for boko haram. I have always critise boko haram. Why on earth should I or anybody say amen to a condition that we have been criticizing and begging the government to use its resources to stop?

This is what he should have written: May God provide securty for my life the way GMB provided security for Nigeria during his tenure. May God fight any insurgent planning to disturb my life the way GMB fought insurgents in Nigeria during his tenure.

If he said this, it will make sense and you can accuse me of not saying amen. You cannot accuse anyone of not saying amen to something s/he has been criticizing. But is the height of hypocrisy and f00lishment not to say amen to a prayer fashioned toward what you have been praising and clamoring for more.

I believe I have said enough on this.
I respect your views jare.

deeobserver209: [s] APC as an Opposition Party was the best thing that ever happened to Nigeria. It's a party every living soul in the country welcome as a very Good Development.
Ever since APC came in to the polity things have never remained the same again. For the first time ever since 1993, a two party system has come to be established. APC kept PDP firmly on their toes. Its worthy of note that APC gave PDP leadership sleepless nights. They brought in new forms of politics, some of which led to PDP losing Five State Governors. What a sweet victory it was. Indeed the symbol of PDP the Umbrella appears to be permanently broken. Behold the era of one party domination has come to an end for PDP. Indeed the true wind of democracy was blowing across Nigeria.

But some how out of the blues, the Umbrella seem not to have broken completely. PDP, like a wounded lion picked up the pieces. A new form of leadership was ushered in.
Because of what befell the Umbrella since the birth of APC, PDP began to strategies and redraw a road map for better politicking.
It made PDP put its house in order. It helped PDP deepen its internal democracy, there by providing a level playing field for its members. It has helped PDP grow its members more than ever before.

Thanks to APC, PDP is more focused. Thanks to APC, PDP is very much aware of the need to perform or be sacked in the polls. And above all, APC has made PDP the most Attractive Political Party in Nigeria. Big thanks to the PDP leadership, who are made up of young energetic men and women usually referred to as The Game Changers and Masters in Organization. They brought in new life to PDP, in other words, they brought in Fresh Air!
Because of the Democratic changes made within the party, the PDP has become the party everyone wants to belong. This is evident with the likes of Nuhu Ribadu, FFK, Buba Marwa, Gov Mimico and many others who recently defect to PDP. It's obvious,? they saw the light. It's obvious they saw the change. It's obvious they wanted to be free.

PDP is now reformed party. PDP today is much better and much more National than!any Party in Nigeria.
PDP's chances of winning the 2015 elections has just been made easy thanks to the birth of APC.

Long live PDP!
Long live GEJ!!
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!!! [/s]

hensben: Dont mind op, he is a pdp apologist...you know election is around the corner time to spread propaganda again, even if apc is same as pdp as people claim, we need change haba, i am tired of pdp, 15 years in office and things are getting worse, high cost of living, still no stable electricity and yet everyday we hear trillions of naira on TV.
Bro that's the main reason I and my household will vote for APC. Change of Leadership!! My aunt told me "I can't just imagine what this country will look like under PDP in another 4 years". Let power change hands. At least we know APC will try their best to work hard in order to earn Nigeria's trust for a second term but PDP has already made Nigeria an almost One Party Country so they're not interested in change since they know Nigerians have been brainwashed to follow them like sheep. How can anybody still vote for GEJ looking at the backwardness of this country since his tenure kicked off? And they claim they want him to finish the 'good work' shocked
