What I find hard to understand is that this issue of land usage and encroachment by fulani herders seem to be a common occurrence. What is compensation vs merit? Yar'Adua was made junior minister after the demise of our former president. That was based on name and patronage. If Segun Awolowo has served in his role with distinction then it is deserved that he is called into higher office.
