I think the issue is beyond wat u r saying....all the awaiting list of 2016 is having the issue.. something is wrong from the npower data base concerning 2016 awaiting list regarding the validation of their OTP. if u succeed in validating it i would like u to inform the house .cheeers.........

l. 1ogin in the site
2.input the number u registered with
3. proceed to next
4. dont bother for otp. look under where u have retrieve opt and click on it.
5. it will request ur date of birth and 4last digit of bvn it will automatically generate otp for
NB: dont give up on network. it work for me

i have followed the method,the otp was easily generated but it kept saying OTP validation failed,it is quite annoying. thanks anyway
