Investors might be like "wow!!! They got 5 flyovers over there, let me go invest there so I can get the opportunity to drive over them".

At the end of the day, its the people within a city that attract investors and if majority of them are like @Chino and some of these obnoxious posters, sorry but that would be bad for biz.

I must tell you Awka is witnessing massive infrastructural development at the moment that will see it equal only Abuja and Uyo in Nigeria on infrastructural feat. 3 flyovers and tunnels has been under construction and more are being awarded to make it one of the top three cities in Nigeria. Anambra is not competing with Nigeria's local standard, our target is Dubai. Same way is Onitsha and Nnewi receiving equal attention.

A man that grew up not knowing what a flyover is tends to believe its the next best thing since the discovery of Bread and akara.

(1) PRESENTATION: La-liga matches have poor presntation and packaging compared to the BPL. The BPL has features that outshine video games and their cameras make the lowest players look like stars.

La-liga matches look like 2 or 3 steps above Kenyan league in their presentation. That's before we even talk about the quality of match commentary, studio presentation and analysis, etc.


(2) COMPETIVNESS: currently, 3 points seperate the 4th - 15th position in the BPL. That shows that every match is a "nail biter" and suprises and upsets are regular in the BPL.

Apart from real Madrid, Barcelona and Athletico........what other team is worth watching?? How many people can even mention 3 players from any team outside those 3 I mentioned without begining to appear weird?

MORAL: Good product in a lacklusture package=Lower patronage. Average product in excellent package=High patronage.

Now messi is fading and CR7 is still shinning.
