Waoo! Clap for yourself Estate Manager. You have not solved problems of basic needs and cashflow generation and your first concern is capital appreciation. You are going to make a bad financial Manager.
When the land investor gets richer by selling his land or invests in it, is he the only person that will work the land??

If he chooses to develop it, will he gather tools and move on site by himself??

I guess you'll prefer sharing of Grinding Machines, hair clippers, okada till everywhere looks like one big village.

When a road is constructed past the landed property you bought for N200,000, the value appreciates and you become richer for it.

That's one way to put money in people's pockets Fayose has no idea about.

People aren't even interested in his thread........I'm out.

^^^ Why you getting yourself worked up over @Awodwagyan........., the dud is simply a Ghanian living in South Africa and due to inferiority complex refuses to attach himself to his Country.

Even when a Nigerian gets an international passport, he still let's people know his origin but people like that Ghanian dude avoid that. Its an inferiority complex.

Imagine a Nigerian with a British passport boasting about UK.......Do u think that happens?? It's rare.

Stop repeating yourself about Ghana's economy growing @ 7%. Nigeria has many problems just like many African countries but we are not in your league. Globacom telecomms funds the Ghanaian league, we have a strong presence of banks (GTB,UBA, Firstbank, Zenith bank) in Ghana, we control 60% of your real estate sector, We promoting your movie industry through Nollywood. What investment does Ghana have in Nigeria or in any other African country?

I can see fashola is the next best thing after fried yam or bread and butter.
To all the poster above me what or how many watts of electricity has fashola contributed the lagos people electricity consumption? Please dont come and post how fashola bought large tiger generators for state ministries or how fashola promise to increase the amount of electricity by 2096.
Aresa and egift.
Fashola is building a foundation. Trainning people that will service the Electricity generation of the state and providing employment at the same time.......................................rather than relying on the half baked engineers and Nepa left overs.

All those power stations being built will be run aground eventually if you don't train your staff.

Damn!!!why are u guys this stupid(most of the commenters above)why can't FG buy arms the proper way?,why is the fg embarrasing Nigerians by behaving like some rebel groups that buy arms illegally...why??
Gej led Fgovt is clueless
The FG aren't buying arms from South Africa.

They were simply laudering money and got caught. Their lie to cover the situation is "we're going to purchase arms".

Whatever transpires between the two presidents should be made known by whoever is able to.

If the nigerian FG aren't guilty of any wrong doin, they have nothing to be worried about.

proposing projects and executing projects are 2 different things we have all seen all manner photoshop, photo draws on the proposed rail project and some innocent traders in Maza Maza , mile 2 had their buildings demolished to make way for the project and uptill now nothing is on ground and his term is 90 % finished .

How about the lekki international Airport and Sea port that drove lagosians into the frenzy of deporting hardworking people goin about their normal businesses and dumping at the Onitsha Bridge head in the name of cleaning up the city meanwhile allowing cultist, Societal Riff raffs and invalids who are from the south west to roam freely, elsewhere Delta And Akwa Ibom state delivered International Airports without any noise and Jigawa delivered a domestic Airport without deporting anybody.
Lagos witnessed so much activity but very little results
You're obviously far away from Lagos with what u saying.

I grew up here so I witnessed the full 80's till date. I can give you the history of the decay of Lagos and how it currently undergoing a positive turn around.

All ur info isn't first hand.

What does this have to do with investing in Ghana. Used that investment to help the 100 million poor Nigerians.

You ridicule Ghana and then turn around to preach Global village nonsensese. Shove your investment in ur azzhole.

How about you help the 70% of Nigerians that live on less than a dollar a day.

Nigeria is name one of extremely poor countries around the world. The world bank estimates that 100 million Nigerians live on less than a $ a day. Worry about helping the poor in your miserable country.

Which one dem do for your village??

At least those projects are still "proposed" and no funds have been released for their execution so what is "scam" there??

If one of Fashola's projects is sited in your location, you'll prolly start screaming "Dubai of Africa".

BTW, if u see the Elevated rail and the distance it covers, you'll shut up. Just ask your brothers in Lagos.
