After years of harassing residents and eluding law enforcement, Dogo Maikasuwa, an infamous bandit commander, has reportedly met his end, according to the Kaduna State Government.

In a statement issued by Samuel Aruwan, the Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs on Friday in Kaduna said: “The development was made known in operational feedback from security agencies. A blurred photograph of the neutralized bandit leader is attached with this statement.”

The statement added: “Painstaking investigations revealed atrocities he carried out with impunity in hard-to-reach locations.”
