Please I need help. The document upload portal does not function when I tapped on the"choose a file" button. This is after I have scale through the CAPTCHA after entering availability code and the collection office.
What could be the reason for this.
Also the documents earlier uploaded are not displayed

The only 'problem' I have with mine is the small percentage they take from each transaction. Which if u look at the gain, it is not a problem really. There is nothing like submission of slips, it is only advisable to keep the slips incase any of the transactions fails to drop into ur account the next working day,u can go to the bank to make such a complain. Though I ve n'er experienced such.
I also advise that u ask customers to make transfer first, as this will enable u get ur money immediately and in full, whereby transfer fails, u can then go for POS

I collected my registration certificate today at abeokuta

I just got my business name approved today, submitted application on march 15, received and resolved one query during processing. Thanks to mentors in the house

I got one agent on phone. She said all systems were down but she gave me a number of someone in abeokuta office who also confirm the systems breakdown. Tuesday, i received a query which i promtly attended to. I received the same query again today.

I submitted all my documents for name approval in march 15 and up till date no query no approval. All i see is 'pending approva'. Does it take so long? The agency promised 24hrs service!

I followed your guideline the incompetent CAC officials won't tell us but still got frustrated. I printed the receipts that was sent into my mail after filling the form on www.services.cac.gov.ng. Travelled to Abeokuta but was told at Skye Bank that there's nothing like Stamp duty fee. I then left for CAC office only to be told to download the registration form, attach a passport photograph to it then I should attach the receipts to it and upload it to www.new.cac.gov.ng. Why is the FG just using every known means to frustrate people? No appropriate guidelines to follow, no numbers to call, one agency with 2 websites. What a hot shithole country is this?

Please, how do i locate the abeokuta office of CAC?
