he will bee granted conditional bail and if he can't meet the bail condition he will be remanded

There should be a remand order for criminal cases like armed robbery. murder.
For civil matters like land dispute, owing of debts etc without evidence of infliction of injury or damage to properties, there should be no remand of any sort until the acussed is convicted.
