For the state to be able to generate more IGRs close that of Lagos, Obafemi Owode LGA must be focused on and be helped to develop. We have a lot of people living in that LGA and investors must be encouraged to come in there to invest.
Imagine that no single Bank is on the entire stretch of Mowe Ofada road. That shows that there is no reasonable revenue being generated yet.
With good infrastructures, Eatries, Banks, Malls will come in. Both inner roads like ARIGBAWONWO -PAKURO ROAD, Mowe- Ofada road both lanes.....Loburo road, Ofada road. God will help the state to develop more.
