As I said earlier,you cannot change your temperament,because they are inborn traits.You can only influence your behaviour and personality (which is temporary) because you will still revert back to your real self. Discipline yourself in terms of worrying too much about others. Don't criticise yourself too hard. Do your best and leave the rest. Don't be depressed, dwell on the positive sides of yourself. Your behaviour is a function of your temperament. You are a CHRONIC MELANCHOLY as Ify pointed out. Their love for humanity runs deep. They are self -sacrificing individuals and they empathize easily with others, than any other temperament. Every melancholy has that trait. But, yours is chronic in the sense that you have probably 90% or more of the temperament, you don't have much secondary temperament to balance it. There is little or nothing you can do about it. It is your nature. Just stop worrying and channel it into active activities.Know that you can't solve everybodys' problems,you can only do your part. |

My ex was financially bouyant but dressing well was not his thing. He likes to dress casual. I started complaining about his dressing. He did not take me serious initially but when he noticed that it was kind of discouraging me, nobody told him to go shopping. I succeeded in making him a good dresser. I always compliment him anytime he dresses well.Hahahaha! Anytime, we see and I beam with smile, he knows why.  . He will now say, "O serious o" 2 Likes |
