Science/TechnologyRe: Picture Of Earth Taken From Saturn by babseg(m): 6:22pm On Jul 23, 2013
caesaraba: Sorry (auto-fill). The existence of the zone isn't a recent finding. However, there are recent findings as to the sheer number of earth-like planets which exist in that region of the universe. And there is a high possibility that a number of those planets do have the same exact composition of the earth's properties. Now, keeping the "God" phenomen aside (just for a while), this argument is very much scientifically viable. That extra-terrestrial life is existent isn't a big question for many, the problem is, we do not yet possess the technology to find it (them). On thing is sure, either we find it, or they find us. (Might not see it in this lifetime, but I know it's out there).
scientifically your are right wink
Science/TechnologyRe: Picture Of Earth Taken From Saturn by babseg(m): 6:09pm On Jul 23, 2013
caesaraba: Hard to prove for the time being. But for us space enthusiasts, recent findings only go to strengthen our belief in E.T life. #Gridilocks zone and all that. (just a matter of time before we connect with other life forms out there). Cheers.
I think its called Goldilocks zone ( habitable zone). and goldilock zone are not recent findings

coogar]

if you are a muslim and you appear responsible, you would be given a 9-year old daughter in any islamic state in the world with the full blessing of the bride's parents - that's just their religion!
Not all religion laws or practices are sensible and I think this one is part of it.
1. Sir, that isn't my point - my point is that: people should be allowed freedom to their way-of-life. The Northerner Senators voted overwhelmingly for it and no Northerner has come out to speak out against it, so why're Southerners crying-me-a-river over what has absolutely nothing to do with them? At the end of the day, they aren't forcing anyone to practise, it's just there to enable those who believe in it do what they think is right for them.

2. Right or wrong is subjective and also based on outlook. Beating a child and child labour are wrong to most people. However, it's normal in Africa. So who am I to judge what a person thinks is right or wrong? Also, I definitely won't allow my under-aged sister and daughter to get married because it isn't part of my way-of-life and the consciousness instilled in me by my parents. But I definitely won't stop anyone else who believes in it, from doing it. How a person chooses to lead his/her life is non of my business.

3. There are also tons of adults (old bodies with young souls) who can't handle all these as well - should we also stop them from getting married?

Lastly, life is all about choices and if the people it affects directly are in support of it - why should we be ones fighting against it? When Northerners/Muslims start fighting against it - then I'll support their cause. Till then, we need to stop the distractions and focus on Nigeria, and all the unique problems in the country.
peado we know u now

illicit: do God frown at d fact that u use ur ipad tp watch pornography and then u have and use a bible on the same device? aint that disrespectful?
Sorry you dont have a point.

What about people watching indecency on tv with the same eyes they use in reading the bible.

What about people with indecent lifestyle and they still go to church

what about people who like to hold indecent stuffs in their hands and also use the same hand to carry bible to church

the list is endless.

The life is changing rapidly we are not in stone age or bronze age anymore. this is computer age and we all have to live with.

Mark my words A TIME IS STILL COMING WHERE THE USE OF PAPER WILL BE STOPPED. Everything will be electronic.

i dont blame you because those people during ice age to this present day are still scared of change.

pammusphy: Have you come across someone who told you the moment He/she opened the bible "my eyes fell on that passage!"?
Also, you cannot underline the soft copy..
The words look raw and practical on tangible pages
you'd get tired of reading it more easily because of the light emanating from the screen.
Though, in certain aspects, the software is good. We arent totally brushing it aside. It can help in word search...and maybe reading it where you cannot open your Bible. BUT, DONT USE IT IN THE CHURCH
I think you're still using 3310 please upgrade.
