I live in the UK.

Majority of the saloon are closed because of the lock down.

Even to buy clippers is very difficult because all shops are out of stock.

Plus they are public figure, if their hair is good looking they will know they are not self isolating.

To those saying this.... Ignorance is bliss. What you don't know is just bigger than U. The Nigerian police is made up of units. There is this unit that is in charge of VIP protection. Their duty is to protect or serve as body guard to the people at the higher echelon or those who could afford the service. It is not free, the NPF charge this people money to do this IT IS NOT FREE. And that money is not just unofficially collected, it is legal and one of the ways police generate funds. Now this doesn't mean NPF is set up for profit but when they render such private service, U just have to pay

So they are also meant to be opening doors like "meguards"
