Anjami or call it arabic is the only inscription a some certain NIGERIANs can read or understand and for currency to be a legal tender it must be acceptable to all. Make no mistake, Western education is not the only form of education prevalent in the country and it is common with most of us in the South to think the only language and inscription is English Alphabet. Same way most people sit in the north thinking the whole country is understand Anjami.

Brain washing seem to be the easiest thing to do this days. Hope is what keep a man alive and keep the light of his/her struggle burning. We enjoy and struggle for existence because we have the hope that our life will get better if our effort is crown with success. Rich men will never want to die especially when they have tasted and see the goodies of this present world. All you need to do to indoctrinate someone to go suicidal is to switch the hope for the good of this present world to illusion and mirage that may never come and make them see that all attainable goodness and success lies in the hereafter and that the only thing preventing that person from that goodness is the barrier between this present world and the life-after which is DEATH. By so doing that person switches his/her mind to the realm of the life-after and desperately and selfishly yearn for death. They become so selfish in their quest for this new hope same way others seem selfish and desperate for the goodness and success of this present world as well. The same urge and desperation in some people that will not hesitate to kill or exterminate life fo to enjoy this present life will also burn in the mind of those yearning for the suicide mission, more so that their believes are back with shallow interpretation of divine scriptures.

Make no mistake we have all been brainwash through different medium and toward different goal but our level of desperation differs. When a so called man to God tells you that before DECEMBER, you shall be a billionaire, and you know in you that your meagre salary may not achieve
that and suddenly all in the name of miracle an opportunity to embezzle a contract fund of a project that would determine the existence of generations and generations to come sail through your way and you suddenly cash up such opportunity believing that it the prophesied miracle without looking at the consequence on generations that may go into extinction, I tell you that you are as devilish ,desperate and selfish as a suicide bomber.

PoliticsGej May Drop Sambo As Vp, Shettima To Succeed Sambo As North Splits by BABSIN(op): 10:39am On Sep 28, 2014
…Al-Mustapha, Shekarue, Moh’d Abacha, Sheriff Are Hard men

If feelers from the Presidency is anything to go by then, the North may have been split with a large part routing for the second term agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan who impeccable sources say has made serious inroads in the zone since the Peoples Democratic Party governors, National Executives and the Board of Trustees have unanimously endorsed him as the part’s sole candidate for the 2015 poll.
National Weekender scooped that despite the efforts of the apex north political pressure group the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) under the leadership of Alhaji Adamu Ciroma to scuttle Jonathan’s second term agenda, the President has met severally with the very individuals working against his ambition to fashion out ways of working together but above of realizing his ambition. In one of the high profiled meetings held in the Presidential Villa shortly after the PDP endorsed his candidacy for 2015, it was agreed that Jonathan has to checkmate the growing influence ambitious northerners eyeing his seat, accommodate the interest of some aggrieved northern leaders and adopt fresh strategies to woo the north through the appointment of powerful foot soldiers.
Our presidential source reveals further, “With the top echelon of the party and the presidency silent on the President’s running mate for the 2015 election it is very obvious that a lot of politicking, horse trading and consultations with highly placed political stakeholders in the North suggest that for Jonathan to win the support of the north he has to take into cognizance the interest of the group capable of swaying the majority of the electorate his way.
“For instance the President has been told that to counter the forces of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) and his massive APC followers he (Jonathan) has to pick his running mate from Katsina State which is the home state of Buhari. This will break General’s support base from home. Of course there will no better candidate for the running mate of Jonathan than the incumbent governor of the state Alhaji Dr. Shehu Ibrahim Shema who took over from late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua as governor and still remains a close friend and loyalist to the Yar’Adua dynasty in Katsina. Aside this Shema is a brilliant lawyer, a charismatic leader whose performance as governor stands him out among his colleagues and contemporaries.
“With this arrangement the incumbent Vice-President Namadi Sambo may be dropped and accommodated in another influential capacity given his loyalty to the Jonathan administration. There is no love lost between both men and Sambo understands the whole arrangement which is for the interest of the party (PDP).
“Once this issue is sorted out, it would aid the President’s foot soldiers in the north to effectively comb the zone and sell his candidacy to the electorates. The truth remains that the electorates will always listen personalities with strong characters which are already in the fold of the President talking about the likes of the new Minister of Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarue who till date is a political force to reckon with in Kano State in particular and the north at large. Former governor of Borno State Alhaji Alli Modu Sheriff who remains a political force in the troubled state could join the team despite the scathing criticism and accusation by the opposition that he is one of the sponsors of the Boko Haram.
“There is also the former Chief Security Officer to Late Head of State Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha (retd.) who is still being wooed by the Presidency to join the PDP. Mustapha knows he has a better chance to regain his political relevance with the PDP so it is a matter of time for him to declare for the party. Once this is done, it will be a massive boost to the second term agenda of Jonathan because Mustapha still enjoys the listening ears of the north irrespective of all he passed through in the last 14 years.
“The Abacha family is still very much relevant to northern politics and it will not be out of place for Mohammed Abacha to team up with Jonathan’s government. These are not speculation they are realities on ground and part of political scheming of the last one year which has cumulated into the vote of confidence passed on Jonathan by the PDP governors, national executive and board of trustees. The President was told that he has to ensure that the former EFCC czar Mallam Nuhu Ribadu is given the backing to secure the key to Government House Yola as this will help checkmate the influence of former Vice-President Alhaji Abubakar Atiku not only in Adamawa State but in the North East geo-political zone. The picture will get clearer in the next three months.”

PoliticsBREAKING: Cash Aircraft- MURIC Suspects Conspiracy Against Nigeria Muslim by BABSIN(op): 7:35pm On Sep 17, 2014
17th September, 2014
PRESS RELEASE:
CASH-LOADED JET AND WEAPONS DEAL: IT IS A CONSPIRACY AGAINST MUSLIMS

Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor was alleged to have admitted ownership of a private jet seized last weekend by South African authorities. The aircraft was stashed with $9.3 million in cash meant for arms purchase. In the same vein, the Federal Government (FG) issued a statement yesterday admitting ownership of the cash. Oritsejafor has sought to extenuate the deal by claiming that the jet was hired out by Eagle Air in which the pastor himself has “residual interest”.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) is alarmed by this scandalous development. We have every reason to reject FG’s explanation and it is hereby rejected. Government is being economical with the truth. We suspect a grand conspiracy against Nigerian Muslims in this latest revelation.

Nigerian Muslims are enveloped with apprehension. All the ingredients of a plot are here for those who care to look beyond their noses. In a country in which two religions are most prominent and are hot rivals of each other, here is the national leader of a religious group who also happens to be the president’s kinsman, an undisguised Muslim hater, a man with a belligerent disposition towards his Muslim neighbours, a man who has been threatening hell and brimstone over the Boko Haram saga. Tie this to the Israeli connection, a country well known for its anti-Muslim and mass murder propensities. It raises more questions than answers.

For instance, was the intended arms purchase really meant for the Nigerian Armed Forces? What is the guaranty that it was not meant for Niger Delta militants, or Christian crusaders masquerading as Boko Haram? Afterall, under-the-table assistance for Boko Haram has been noticed in the past. Where did the arms and food drops for Boko Haram by helicopters come from? Only the Israelis are capable of doing that.

MURIC is shocked by the huge amount involved: $9.3 million! Conservatively, $1m is N163m. $9.3m is therefore N1,514,502,583.61 at the current exchange rate of N163 to $1. It is very disturbing for this to be happening in a country bedeviled by serious security challenges bordering on religious rivalry and ethnic jingoism. There is definitely something sinister about all these.

We assert that Nigerian Muslims are not safe any longer. We are not safe in the hands of Israeli military advisers breathing down the neck of the Nigerian government and encouraging it to arm the Christians to the teeth. The fate of Nigerian Muslims is therefore not certain.

We have lost confidence in FG and its security agencies, particularly with the involvement of Israel. Islamic scholars are disappearing at will all over the country.

Recruitment exercises into the security outfits favour Christians even in Muslim dominated areas. President Jonathan has just concluded a national conference whose composition was lopsided and in favour of Christians. FG relies heavily on Israel, a well-known anti-Muslim country for its security matters. Palpable fear of religious cleansing has therefore gripped Muslims.

Whole Muslim communities are already being wiped out in the North East under the guise of ‘Boko Haram’. Just two months ago, 34 Muslims who were followers of Shaykh Ibrahim Alzakzaky were massacred by soldiers in Zaria and nothing has been heard of it.

MURIC calls on the National Assembly to save Nigeria from total disintegration. This jet and cash story is a scandal of monumental proportion and it must not be swept under the carpet. The National Assembly must intervene in order to calm nerves.

This is not the hand of Esau and the voice of Jacob. It is the hand of President Jonathan and the voice of Oritsejafor. There is an unholy union here. An aircraft owned by a war-mongering and current national president of CAN, the cash is being claimed by a Christian-led, Muslim-repressing government, there is more to this than meets the eye. We are no longer safe.

MURIC demands the termination of all security deals with the Israelis in Aso Rock, the seat of government. It is too dangerous to involve a country like Israel, an anti-Muslim country in the security matters of a country like Nigeria, deeply polarized by religious sentiments. Only a government with an anti-Muslim agenda will do such a thing. It is time for the Israelis to be kept at bay regarding key security issues in Nigeria.

We advise President Jonathan to change his tactics, to integrate Muslims into his government, to stop the political marginalization of Muslims, to review the Christian-loaded recruitment into the security agencies, to probe the disappearance of Islamic scholars and the killing of Muslims in Zaria and to balance the sharing of the dividends of democracy between Christians and Muslims.

We warn that the lopsided recruitment into the security agencies, particularly the Nigerian Army in the past three years, smacks of a more sinister plot to systematically wipe out Nigerian Muslims through extra-judicial killings.

We draw the attention of the international community to acts of pro-Christian favouritism and anti-Muslim practices of President Jonathan. The Nigerian leader is deliberately dividing his citizens along religious lines.

MURIC affirms that it seeks peaceful coexistence between Christians and Muslims. We are prepared to live with our neighbours. We urge those fanning the embers of war and amassing weapons to remember the plight of Liberia, Congo, Sierra Leone, Bosnia Herzegovina, etc. The ravages of war, the sufferings of millions of innocent young and old are better imagined than experienced.

Finally, we appeal to Muslims throughout Nigeria to allow the National Assembly to wade into the matter. Meanwhile, we charge them to remain calm and law-abiding.

Director,
Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC)
PoliticsMilitary, B’haram Battle For CDS’ Town by BABSIN(op): 10:30am On Sep 10, 2014
By Kingsley Omonobi, Henry Umoru, Caleb Ayansina, Umar Yusuf & Ndahi Marama
ABUJA—The military, yesterday, engaged the Boko Haram terrorists in a fierce battle at Vimtim, the home town of the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, inflicting heavy casualties on the insurgents. At the end of the gun battle, the troops who moved in from the 1 Division Kaduna, 3 Division Jos and TRADOC, Minna killed 40 sect members and also succeeded in reclaiming Michika, Uba and Gulak towns from the terrorists.
Giving details of what transpired, the source said, the terrorists encircled the troops from all angles of Vimtim as the troops concentrated in the city centre and a gun battle ensued. Unknown to them, the newly deployed soldiers arrived and joined the battle, taking on the terrorists from behind leading to killing of over 40 insurgents while others fled.
The military also recovered 17 Hilux vehicles, General Purpose Machine Guns (GPMGs) mounted on their Hilux vehicles, and several Anti-Aircraft guns (AA weapons). Several surface-to-air missiles were destroyed while four were taken away by the troops.
The military source added that the initial retreat by soldiers from Mubi was to enable soldiers re-strategize and attack the insurgents in full force, adding that this was what made civilians panic.
The situation, however, changed dramatically when troops from the other three states arrived and assisted in cutting the insurgents off in the confrontation that ensued.
3 Army officers, 2 soldiers injured —Defence Hq
The Defence headquarters has also confirmed that three officers and two soldiers were injured in the bloody encounter. In separate tweets posted, yesterday, it said the injured officers and soldiers were currently receiving treatment at a military facility.
Vanguard gathered that the General Officer Commanding the 3rd Armoured Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Mohammed Zaruwa was personally directing the counter-insurgency operation.
The tweets read: “Counter Terrorist Troops have carried out an attack on insurgents in Mubi town, Adamawa State. In the fierce battle to root out the insurgents, scores of insurgents lost their lives, while several others escaped with fatal gunshot wounds.
“Two officers and three soldiers who were wounded in the battle are currently receiving treatment in a Military Medical Facility”.
FG refocuses on Boko Haram’s source of funding, weapons
Meanwhile, the Federal Government, said yesterday, that it would focus on the source of funding and weapons used by the insurgents, as part of efforts to end terrorism in the country.
The Coordinator, National Information Centre and Director-General, National Orientation Agency, Mr. Mike Omeri, who stated this during the routine security briefing, in Abuja, insisted that it had capacity to counter the ongoing insurgency in the North-Eastern part of the country.
Omeri said the recent Regional Ministerial Meeting convened to explore ways of achieving international cooperation in tackling the challenge of insurgency in the North East had called for more action in tackling the menace.
According to him, the meeting was summoned to look into the level of implementation of the decisions and commitments made at the Paris Summit of May 2014 and the follow-up meetings in London and Washington DC.
“Particularly, the meeting underscored the need to effectively address the sources of funding and supply of weapons to Boko Haram and called for greater international co-operation in tackling all forms of illegal transfer of arms and ammunition,” he said.
Omeri added that the forum also advocated strict sanctions against terrorist groups, especially Boko Haram, while commending the effort of the Nigerian government in setting up the Victims Support Fund for alleviating the plight of victims of insurgency.
He noted that the recent recapture of Bama town by the troops attest to the renewed zeal and commitment, which officers and men of the Nigerian Army had shown towards defending the country and her territorial integrity.
The NOA Boss commended the efforts of the Nigerian military in containing the activities of Boko Haram insurgents, urging the people to always pray for them.
Speaking further, Omeri warned Nigerians against purchasing used and pre-registered SIM cards from uncertain sources, saying such phones and SIM cards might have been used by terrorists for criminal activities.
“The caution has becomes necessary to save members of the public the embarrassment of being apprehended for crimes committed with phones and SIM cards found in their possession,” he said.

We are in control of Bama, Michika, Mubi —Boko Haram
Boko Haram on its part declared, yesterday, it was still in control of Bama, Michika and Mubi towns. Its spokesman, Abu Zinnira, in a statement said: “This is a rebuttal from the information dissemination and sensitization unit of the Jamaatul Ahlil Sunna Lidawati Wal Jihad (Boko Haram) on the series of lies that the Nigerian military have been feeding the world on our recent conquests.
“Let the whole world know that we are on the path of victory because up to this minute, the town of Bama is under our control, the whole of Michika is now in our hands, as well as Mararaban (Junction of) Mubi now fully under our control. We are assuring the world that this would be continuous and there will be no going back by God’s grace. This is a message from me on behalf of our brethren.”
As thousands of displaced persons continue to troop into Yola, the Adamawa State capital from the Northern Senatorial district following fierce fighting with the insurgents, the hometown of the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshall Alex Badeh is said to be close to the reach of the insurgents.
Vimtim, Badeh’s hometown is about 30 minutes drive from Mubi along the highways on the Yola–Maiduguri road.
Attempts by the insurgents to overrun the CDS’ hometown came few hours after the insurgents shot and wounded the son of a former Nigerian president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at Bazza, the hometown of the General Officer commanding, GOC 3rd Division of the Nigerian Army, Jos, Major General J.S. Zaruma.
Emir of Mubi flees; LG chairmen desert councils
The fighting has forced the paramount Ruler of Mubi, Emir Abubakar Isah Ahmadu, the Vice President of Adamawa Council of Chiefs and Emirs to sneak out of the town.
Attempts to speak to the chairmen of Mubi North, Michika and Madagali local government councils proved abortive as they were reported to have deserted their council areas and relocated to Yola, the state capital.
The siege on Gulak, Michika, Bazza and its environs had affected commercial activities with reports saying that several people crossed over to the neighboring Cameroon.
“We couldn’t sleep due to the heavy gun shots that pervaded the air in the night and for now no one could say the exact situation. They kept shouting, chanting Allahu Akbar, people are now living in an atmosphere of despair and agony, even our Emir, His Royal Highness has left in the night,” said a resident that pleaded anonymity.
Also a palace source had confided that the emir was escorted out by security operatives following reports that the insurgents were advancing towards Mubi, already jam-packed by displaced persons.
“His Highness had earlier declined to leave the town, but security personnel mounted pressure on him, hence the reasons for the paramount ruler to travel out,” said the source.
A fleeing resident taking refugee on the hills disclosed in a telephone interview, that many residents were trapped in Michika, Bazza and Shuwa.
“We are in trouble now, many are trapped, some could not get out of their homes, these people were everywhere hoisting their flags on bikes, others brandishing their guns,” said another fleeing resident.
I’m eager to return to the battle Front, Col. Obasanjo tells Atiku
Son of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Lt Col Adeboye Obasanjo, an army engineer at the 3rd Division in Jos, Plateau State, who was on Monday wounded by Boko Haram terrorists in the ferocious Michika battle between the Nigerian military and Boko Haram, said yesterday that he was eager to return to the battle front.
The injured son of former President Obasanjo, who led soldiers on an offensive to reclaim Michika town in Adamawa State but fell into the hands of the insurgents, disclosed that his mind was at the battle field. He sopke when former Vice President Atiku Abubakar visited him at a government medical facility in Yola, Adamawa State, yesterday, where he was said to be recuperating.
Atiku, who was in Yola over the weekend to vote in the APC gubernatorial primaries and to collect his permanent voters’ card, on learning that Lt. Colonel Obasanjo was being treated at a government medical facility in Yola went to visit him yesterday afternoon.
According to a source at the hospital, Atiku was happy to find Lt. Col. Obasanjo in high spirits. According to the source, the former Vice President, who recently settled his differences with his former boss was impressed to learn from the injured officer his readiness to return to the battle front to deal with the insurgents.
The source quoted Atiku to have told Lt. Col Obasanjo that he was impressed to see him display the type of courage associated with his former boss, President Obasanjo.
The chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC was said to have wished Lt. Col Adeboye Obasanjo speedy recovery from the injuries he sustained from gunshots.
The source quoted Atiku as saying: “He was even marching before me as he was recovering from gunshots.”

….He is in stable condition – Hospital
Meanwhile, the Chief Information Officer of Federal Medical Centre (FMC, Yola), Mr Adamu Dodo has confirmed that, “Obasanjo’s son is recuperating after minor surgery and he is in stable condition in the hospital.”
The State Acting Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri had earlier visited him and lauded all officers of the Nigerian Army who are battling to curtail the activities of insurgents in Adamawa Northern Senatorial Zone.
The governor said the people were proud of the soldiers who have lost their lives while defending their fatherland.
A senior military source told correspondents that troops today retook Bazza after a fierce battle in which soldiers killed several Boko Haram militants.
According to our source, “our soldiers circled Baza and engaged the terrorists in a serious battle. We have now recaptured Bazza after defeating the resistance of Boko Haram militants in the township.”
Thousands of residents of Gulak, Michika and Bazza had fled to neighboring towns and Cameroon as Boko Haram had unleashed mayhem on residents during their short reign over the towns.
Sources disclosed that successful attacks on Boko Haram insurgents was made possible by an advance team of Nigerian Air Force pilots who bombed the insurgents’ command centres in Bazza.
“It was after our Air Force jets bombarded their strongholds mounted on roads that the troops moved in on a clearing mission,” the officer revealed.

For God sake we have this beast before now so one will not make a difference only if you are saying others before now have been grounded. The Airforce has been training with this multi-purpose helicopter before.

danot1030: Islam is SATANIC, it is an evil religion that is raising twisted minded people around the world. The world will be a better place to live without islam.
And you think it was Islam that developed all other man made ailment ravaging the world... Aids, Ebola Anthrax..

Was it Islam that threw the first nuclear Weapon?

Check the profile of the first nations that Used Bubonic Plaque as weapon and see if it was Islam.

Is it Islam that is stockpiling Nuke in the Present age ? Check Countries with Nuke and see if Islam is written all over it.

My Friend, If don't you understand world politics, It is better to be silent than to be stupid. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar have what it take to stockpile their country with Nuke covertly and Overtly but choose not... Check the Profile of Nation with deadly and Most devastating weapon you can ever think of, I can bet you it is country like Israel, US, Russia, Japan, China that would top the List. Why? They are the aggressive and wicked nations and the only way to stay safe is to stockpile WMD(weapon Of Mass Destruction) as a mean of deterrence to others.
