For each year means if you you changed jobs within the period (yrs) of claim you are expected to give the employers seperate forms
self employment : form to be filled by the self employed.

My question is do we still need to collect reference letter from employer or the downloaded forms would suffice

probably output side MOSFET damaged.... U can give it to a competent technician to repair, just tell him to change all d mosfet at once.
Does it shows green light or red light? Red light is a clear sign of internal damage or fault.

check the fuse and if its the fuse, make sure u buy same amp fuse, dont let any seller decieve u in getting a higher amp fuse

but if its not the fuse, take it to oshodi arena and look for those guys that repairs mainly stabilizers

Thanks @Ceejay, it was fixed at Oshodi Arena as advised. It was the mosfet that got burnt. It was changed and now I am using the inverter.

It still reads the battery level. And the Output voltage read zero. I think i agree with you on the output mosfet thing u said.

Gurus in the house please help o. My suoer inverter sparked when trying to connect to my battery and was smelling. I removed it and allowed it to cool.
