Family / Re: Who Should Sit At The Front Seat Of Your Car; Wife Or Friend? by babygirlfl: 3:57pm On Jan 29, 2016 |
Who seats in the front of a car might be petty depending on who is involved. What is not petty however is op's attitude. Also, in marriage, petty things tend to be the cause of trouble. If the wife considers it petty and ask you to stay in front, then its fine. In your friends case, it seems it is important to the wife who sits in the front and it is so rude of you to ignore and stay put. You also do not have respect for him and his wife (this might be secondary to him not having respect for her anyway). I used to ignore who sat at the front of the car until I realized that some people just lack good manners. Letting them stay in the car because they were there already will give some people without manners the right to think that that is how it should be. They might not understand why they can't stay in front next time. The fact that you are arrogant about it is enough for some women to teach you a lesson by making sure you get off that front seat just for the fun of it and not because it means so much to them who seats in the front. Most sensible men won't even let you treat their wife in that manner. op, If your wife comes to pick you with her friend in the car, would you expect her friend to act in this same way you acted? 10 Likes |

Really, Are we talking 14years old or 14monrhs. This is laughable. I would not allow my child that is much younger than that sleep in the same room/bed with us through the night. If the 14years old is unwell, the Dad and step mum can see to her in the guest room. Women please think really hard before you become a step mum. 3 Likes |
Family / Re: Should A Woman Change Her State Of Origin After Marriage? by babygirlfl: 5:32pm On Jan 23, 2016 |
Kachisbarbie: Sweetheart, you are right. State of origin does not change. Origin means start. It does not change. I and hubby come from the same state so would be the same state irrespective and I also hardly ever need to write such as I hardly ever get asked that.I perfectly understand why you asked. Some women have changed every trace of their existence before marriage. This is not bad on itself except that they expect every woman to do same. Please my dear, for your sanity, do not get into arguement with them. To such women. I always tell them to do what suit them let me do mine. 4 Likes |

Our women should learn to build themselves also while building the man. You two should build each other. If you both build each other and you separate, you will know you have to deal with the emotions only and not just the fact that you are losing out. This is a common occurrence now. It's old news that a lot of men change and start chasing women as soon as they get rich. I expect every woman to do herself good by building herself too. If you don't in this time and age, then am sorry, you don't deserve any pity. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

cococandy: How are you doing dear. Take care of yourself and our beautiful queen. Cancer is scaring and sad but unfortunately is on the rise. Good thing is that there is active cancer and HIV research TO find medicines that would treat or manage it effectively. |
Food / Re: Paste Pics Of Your Healthy Meal Here. by babygirlfl: 6:43pm On Jan 19, 2016 |
Chillis: The incidence of breast cancer from contraceptive pills is really low but definitely there. Contraceptive pills also has a small chance of preventing some cancers too. However, we always advice that those with a family history of breast cancer stay away from using contraceptives. There is no medication without side effect. whether or not to give/take medication is always a case of risk/benefit profile. If it will benefit you more to take it, then its worth it but if there is more risk, then you won't take it. very sorry to hear about your friend. |

I did not know people in the uk engaged in such fetish egg things. I have not personally seen or heard it. For the BFF and insult thing, it's common here with people falling out. It's always a shameful act to witness it with people threatening to report and deport the other person. I think it's worse in cities like London, Manchester and Bermingham with large Nigerian communities. I stay in a part of Uk with a native population and not many blacks let alone Nigerians. The Nigerian here have less time for such things. We are always pleased to come across our kind. Fem29, I thought you were planing to go Geordie town? How are our beautiful girls doing. |

All you have to do is ask. I can't conderm her until you have asked her to help and she refused. Asking her to help you is much easier than stopping her from coming around. 4 Likes

Family / Re: My Brother Is Like A Houseboy To His Wife by babygirlfl: 8:21am On Dec 27, 2015 |
Funny thing is that the op will get married herself and wish she had a husband that is that helpful. When you get married, provided you don't have a detective in-law like you, you can decide to make sure your husband never gives a hand and nobody will ask you. This is the reason why inlaws are sometimes not welcome. Instead of coming and helping out and make the family miss you when you go, you decided to make yourself an unpaid detective investigating a loving couple with the hope of passing unsolitated information to you mum. Please mind your business. On a side note, a woman does not need to be sick or pregnant for her husband to help out in the home and they are many reasons a woman can ask the husband to get something even though other people are there. It could be because he is the only other person that knows where it is or the only person to be able to reach it or simply because the do things that way and don't think too much about such little things. 16 Likes 2 Shares |
