President Muhammadu Buhari says his administration has been at the forefront of promoting unity among workers. He also said the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) defends and promotes the rights of its members. The President mentioned this at the 12th National Delegate Conference of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), held in Abuja, on Tuesday. Represented by Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, lauded the activities of the union. However, he appealed to the union to reason with the government on the demand for the new minimum wage. He said: “the Labour has lived up to the expectations of its teeming members by continually protecting, defending and promoting the rights, well-being and interest of all workers and affiliates trade unions. “It has played a significant role with the promotion of oneness among workers and engaged government on national rebirth and development. He added: “This administration has played a significant role with the promotion of unity among workers and constantly engaged government on national rebirth and development. The administration addresses other issues that are still pending. Work plan and modalities for the implementation of salary increase in a way that minimizes any inflation impact.And also ensures that it does not lead to any job losses.” The government would identify new sources of existing expenditures from where savings will be made to augment Present revenue.In order to fund wages increase. I went with to a friends home after church last Sunday. They just recently moved to Canada from Benin in Nigeria and low and behold. . . the husband sat down like a king. Ordering is wife and kids up and down like slaves. He was about to eat and while everyone had rice for lunch, this man was served with a big ol plate of poundy with egusi soup and when I asked her . . . she said only their dad can have pounded yam while the rest of them had rice. the funniest thing was: His wife kept repeating "My lord" this, My lord that . . i didn't even know she was refering to him until when she said, My lord do u want more food  . . whoaaaaa I asked the girl . . does your mum call your dad "My lord" and she answered yes. What kind of love and authoritarian marriage is that? beats how the wife and kids practically worships this guy |

Recently i've been going through twitter and i stumbled upon a tweet from a user @Banigoprecious and to my greatest surprise he has been asking for the sum of 113,500 to help him continue his schooling at Rivers state university. I know its kind of weird for him to be doing such but common the amount is someone's shopping money and it could send him back to school.. Tho i barely know him but i suggest someone looks into this.. He has also been making some depressing tweets.. Nothing is too small to offer. his account number is on the tweet also.
