Electrique: Common peeps, it's not by scores alone. the way it goes: there will be a cut off for different states, then a number (say about 10 from each state) will be invited for interviews. Then the final 2 will be selected from there. The two best from your state "may not" have the best aptitude test scores but may be best suited for the scholarship (like having a provisional admission and level of interest in IT based o achievements). So my advice, if you scored high, don't relent yet because the battle isn't over.
