It is in Nigeria you'll see people about to embark on travel and be praying make dem no get accident on the road. Almost 80% of drivers on Nigeria road are not qualified to drive on the road. In the UK, before you are qualified to drive, you'll have to take theory test and practical which you must pass before you can drive. Most of the accidents in Nigeria are avoidable had it been FRSC are on top of their jobs and implementing reforms to meet global standards. How many roads in Nigeria has traffic signs and indicators to guide drivers on the highway.
