Atiku has weighed all avenue to use to campaign against Tinubu and all failed and that is why he believes his last option is to promise to return subsidy whether the economy tumble back to retrogression doesn't concern him for now. But has he any plans to stop smuggling to neighbouring countries by the time Petrol sells below the current market price, has he any plans to prevent artificial scarcity of pms. People should be wise and not rush to the Greek gift Atiku is dangling before them. Even in advanced countries, there are pockets of insecurity so Nigeria is not an exception. Is it not this same Nigeria that people are faking their own kidnap? Now that Atiku Abubakar has backtracked and has promised to return subsidy , we are patiently waiting for Peter Obi to make his own statement whether he will restore subsidy or not. If Obi promise not to restore subsidy, what will be the position of his supporters? Will they drag him and port straight to Atiku?. If he also make a U-turn and promise to restore subsidy, will he not be seen as someone who can't take decision on his own and only wait for Atiku to take a position. I think this will be the hardest political decision Obi will have to take which may mar his integrity if not well handled. Tony felt uneasy and disturbed just because a lady called him his biological name. You set a rule but are now cherry picking the one that suits you. For your information, Tony only exposed his negative side to the outside world and should take the blame for inconsistencies. Though there could be noticeable hike in inflation leading to extreme hunger in the land, however we should not shy away from the fact that Tinubu govt is investing in infrastructure. Atiku only said he will consider returning subsidy. This is not a definitive statement nor assurance but a political statement to make people to vote for him. With the current exchange rate, how is this feasible? Will he also return the economy to multiple exchange rate regime? how will he curb smuggling of PMS to neighbouring countries if he reverse subsidy and are we not going to start witnessing artificial scarcity of PMS again? 15 Likes 2 Shares |

When you become president, make sure you attend all public functions even those that require your VP to attend cos all these cho cho cho is making you look as an unserious presidential aspirant. Have you people asked the offence of the speaker before concluding that D7 governor wants to put his own man. The fact that you hate someone because of his party doesn't mean you should not use your senses to analyse issues. Even if the speaker is corrupt( just an example) and the members are exercising their right to remove him, people will immediately jump into conclusions that the executive is behind it. If the speaker is actually corrupt or has abused his office, then he should be disciplined, this is democracy please. You can't compare the brain and vision of this governor with one politician from that side gallivanting around without achievements to showcase when he was a governor, except to be doing cho cho cho like a wood pecker. |

I heard Governor Adeleke of Osun State in one of his outburst saying he had endorsed President Tinubu and he's worried why he's feeling the heat again after endorsement. Firstly, why will you as an opposition governor endorse the candidate of another party? Is that not anti-party? Why are you throwing your party presidential candidate under the bus and declaring your support for another party candidate? Are you trying to sacrifice your party candidate for your own ambition. Why not man up and support the candidate of your party? Don't you think APC don't trust your endorsement and they believe if you eventually win second term, there's the possibility of you making alliance with Atiku to defeat Tinubu in Osun State. At this point, APC cannot trust you and that is why they are bent on taking Osun by all means. Atiku knows ADC cannot win Osun State governorship election but he will be more than happy if Accord wins as he believes he will ride on that and make cuts with Adeleke. You'll need to throw out many cards in order to be returned for second term. It looks like APC is not joking and may likely pull the rug under your feet. |

What does Atiku know about operating system?. The write-up was being pushed out as if he was the one that composed it. INEC has its own ICT expert and I definitely know they will not be dull to know when necessary upgrades are required for the BVAS system, however the claim and fear of Atiku is acknowledged and INEC should look into this. |

Nigerians are just wired to be wicked. Why do we like to take advantage of our brothers and sisters when rendering services you are paid to do. Imagine selling slots again in London. The bad mentality and behaviour they exhibit in Nigeria has been exported to UK again. This does not translate to anything. As long as you cannot get substantial vote from the core Northern states, all these gallivanting around will not yield any result.
