Why can't you decide to be a landlord yourself this year 2019 by taking advantage of this 100% dry land which can also be used for farming. ..The land is situated in IMOKUN in Epe local government area 10 minutes drive to the main road ....2.8m per acre (asking price )and hectares of land in okun ise and abaketa....No omo onile wahala

No such issues on 2.5kva and higher. You could get that for 75-85K, although depending on your location.

The road will pass through ogun state territory......irokun,igbo edu area,ode omi......before lagos. Ogun state govt is suppose to be involved or federal...the road will serve as option because it will link lag to ondo state and develop the areas.

For my mind after going through your "thought" though u sound affirmative that Npower lagos will not work.....couldnt not belive u can make a bet of 500#, u are richer than that man.
