I am quite surprised that such an interesting and mind boggling issue as raised by an individual can take such a wrong turn as this.

At first, i was taken aback by the revelation of what is going on in the banking industry. As a matter of information, the news is not so novel as these incidents happen one way or the other in virtually all segments of the economy. Both here in Nigeria and abroad. The difference is the depth of such acts of politics and treachery.

I was shocked when the reaction was not only taken negatively but was further supported by what i term "uncalled for babbling laced with pride"

My advice on this forum is that if you feel aggreived by the comments of anyone, in a matured manner, try and voice your opinion.

The point is that everyone is a slave to his opinion and no one has the right to look down on another because of his opinion.

Directly to Jon-, i thought you interesting initially but was dissappointed eventually by your rather rude remarks. As u cannot swallow your words back, dont force anyone else to.

Without any specific pointers, i had a mind of informing us all about this yesterday. The point is that every established organisation has a corporate email account. No company which is recognised, whether government or private would operate without a corporate email account. Resume's bear adresses, phone numbers,dates of birth and all. Well maybe to the rescue. I am a Lawyer and what i would say is that most of the answers are not based on personal experiences but on hearsay. Lawyers when in court cannot tell a lie because it would amount to perjury. Lawyers try to swerve justice on their part. They use statutes, precedents & case law to back up peculiar facts which they stand to prove in court.

There is jurisprudential saying that the Law is what it is and not what it ought to be . A layman would under this notion think that i ought to rescue a baby crawling to the pool, but what is ,is that i can choose not to because i am not under any obligation to do so. Least i forgot, an opinion is that criminal lawyers lie, well the points above mentioned should help debunk that notion.

Please, this forum should help us know in depth some things that are not clear and i hope i have tried. I am open to other comments.

Tanks. The point is that i have never attended a standard interview where all these questions would have been put to play. Well, it would be useful now cos i just resigned and am searching for another job. As a matter of fact, am a lawyer with a flair for the corporate aspect of the law & i have 2yrs post call experience, tanks again.

Sometimes i wonder what all these establishments mean by 2.1, what if my GPA was 3.49, does that mean my skills are not good enough. it's high time we get serious with this grade thing. Some people dont even deserve the so called 2.1 grades.
