You said there is nobody living on the land between Jal-Numan, I mentioned communities you said they are not even villages. Since you know pot-holes in the area, why did you bitter mind not record the hamlets on a stretch of road that can traverse three states in the South East.
Do they need skycrappers with that vast expenses of land? No they dont, they have enough to build what they want and save the cost of steel and cement. You are right geographically, but Socio- culturally and politically they would rather die than be part of any Igbo set-up. You may read history to find out why some part of English-speaking Cameroun voted to be part of Cameroun, instead of Eastern- Nigeria.

ok let me use taraba and adamawa states as example. Numan in adamawa is a small town between jalingo and yola. From jalingo to numan is approximately 2 to 3 hours. There is nothing but empty land between those two towns and numan only has 1 junction that makes it look like a town but when you get past that junction to yola its another 1hr 30 minutes to 2 hours drive through empty lands to yola.

That makes you a very big liar. Between Jalingo and Numan is about 100 Klm of 1.45 minutes not three hours drive. There is Lankaviri, Nyaja Appawa Mararaban Kunini, Mayo Lope, Tagombali, Kpasham and Bille just to mention a few communities.
Between Numan and Yola is about 56 Klm; there is Demsa, Sangere, Ngourore Kwanan Waya and others I cannot remembers. You cannot drive ten minutes on the average without sighting a community.
Again that stretch of land has a breadth of 10,000Sqm encompassing local Goverments of Karim Lamido, Quan Pan, Wase, Billiri, Tafawa Balawa, Zing, Yorro, Mayo Belwa, Jada, Ganye, Toungo , just to mention a few inhibiting the A3 High to the Nigeria Cameroun Border.

In the east you can travel from enugu to awka to onitsha to owerri to aba without knowing that you've actually been through four states because the roads have so many different towns they pass through. Towns are everywhere around eastern roads but in the north you can travel for hours without seing a single town. You will just be driving through barren empty lands and when you finally get to one town the closest town to it can be 2 to 3 hours away.
