In the University of Port Harcourt....You can hardly get 7 first class from the Entire school during Convocation.

Schools in the West , North and East keep bagging First Class.

But when you come to South South ....Count yourself Lucky if u get a 2.1.

Can Uniport convocate eleven thousand graduate in one convocation? Before making such assertion, you need to consider the size of graduate convocating. You dont just sit in the comfort of your house and make assertion about region you have never visited! And I doubt if you have study outside south south before or visited any state outside south south!!!

Please, for someone that started ICAN in 2009, when his student member status expires in 2019 and he is yet to qualify what happened? Is there any provision for extension assuming such candidate is in his Professional level of ICAN?

I stopped reading the article when I realised that a state of emergency wa in place when the incident happened, how on earth will a governor still be governing with a state of emergency in place, I think uncle JO got it wrong there too. No justification for the Gov. For nt callin as well

But the Governor was still the Chairman of the State Security Council despite he State of Emergency in the state. I think it was just a display of power in play. The Governor was never in support of the State of Emergency. Therefore, he felt the Presidency should take charge forgetting he still remain the State Chief Security Officer.

On the other hand, the president as the C in C should have stepped in immediately instead of waiting for the Governor to call considering citizens safety.

Non of them can be completely exenorated. The Governor assertion is shameful non the less.

I have been following Nairaland Forum since 2006/2007 but I just registered to be a member today (Sunday). consequently, this is my first post on Nairaland. Praise the Lord somebody!!!
