If finalized, the deal will increase Ghana’s A-29 quantity to nine. The latest negotiations follow Ghana’s pre-existing contract with Embraer for the supply of five A-29s, which was confirmed by both sides at the Paris Air Show in June 2015.[155]

It's a medical evacuation exercise in a C-130, organized by US Airforce Africa Command for all the Nations in the West-Africa sub-region. It is also an old photo, i'll say 2010, 6 years ago.
