Pls i have problem with my email what can i do to know if i have been invited or anybody with idea of how i can solve an email problem when i av 4goten my security questions

From both desktop and phone.its askin of security questions i dont knw bcause d mail was opend 4 me 12yrs ago so u c.is there a way i kan enter my inbox 2ru facebok or hw can i just view my inbox,like it shud just ask of old and new password.its urgent
