Lol.... All still boils down on factory fault. All those i ordered for ain't complaining, on fact, they are enjoying the device. Many others that hot it ftom physical markey too ain't complaining, so far it is just yours then it is factory related fault.

One thing about all devices is this, no matter how good it is, many will still share their negative experience and this might be due to so many facts which includes factory fault, overhyping and the likes. So far, the reviews from those who bought it on Jumia is fantastic. If with all your tracking of it you feel it is what you need you can go for it. On Jumia there is 7 days free return in case anything happens to the phone which isn't your fault, i think the 7 days is enough to detect factory fault and them you will be assited with return and refund.

It is good to sound like you know it all, but when the issue arises you will now remember that there is someone somewhere who can help you. Boss, check my profile and reviews here, i have helped countless of Nairalanders who never contacted me for their orders, yet, i still assisted them to resolve their issues after they also claimed they knew it all forgetting that some things are some other people's profession and they know the inside and outside. Just like you have spoken is the way some people did and at the end they got fake items which they ordered with their own hands because they feel it is cheap, neglecting other criteria that makes up a quality order.

This same way many here made orders and no attempt was made for delivery which i picked their issue up and resolved.

Many returned their item and refund never showed, this same that you stylishly called a scam used my resources to raise the dead issue.

I will not trade harsh words with you because here is a faceless forum and you might be someone with huge influence or you "might" even be older, but you should have also done your findings before saying all those things you said up there as if many of my customers/clients sees what you have said they will just laugh at you.

Think about it, is it easy to be bold to say it on nairaland that payment is required before completion of order if not by someone tested and trusted? Haba boss! How will you feel if someone, your client say it to you that you are a scam that you shouldn't be trusted with money? Or do you think the job you are doing someone who did not go through all you went through cannot do it effortlessly?

If it is easy for you to make orders remember there are many others who cannot and there are many who loves to get someone that can be responsible for their transactions on the internet.

Think about it, as easy as it is to eat nor drink, there are many people lying not just in thw hospital praying for them to see someone to feed them. Boss, because you are peiviledged doesn't mean you are better.

Life is not the way you are seeing it, despite the fact that scammers are everywhere, i am not one and i always say it to my God every morning not to make me one.

I deal with not just individual, but companies, institutions, religious homes and even organized group making single and bulk orders on their behalf.

This is my job and i am proud to defend it anywhere...
