Election is over and I have always maintained that igbos in Obidient movement only seize this opportunity to established Igbos on Lagos as politicial force, they are only using gullible Yorubas to achieve that.
We have experienced huge increase in charges collected by POS operators of recent which is due to cash scarcity.
But my concern is those saying the operators are bad for those charges. Do you know what and how it takes to get cash from bank this days? The queue, the fight and the rest is becoming unbearable for many and you are saying charges is much and saying they are the problem of the country.
Many of these guys are the ones at the ATM point to make withdrawal, at the end of the day, only 2k or 5k is all they will get. Even those entering the banks cannot get the desired amount to run the business. As it is, they can only manage with what they get from you as charges as many cannot do up to 5 transactions a day with situation on ground.
To even go to bank is costly due to fuel scarcity and price hike, the time they waste on queue and the likes, how on earth will they survive as the policy is not favourable for them, meanwhile, that is the major business outside at the moment.
This is not just about you, think about others too, we all have to endure this period and survive. I don't do POS business but I have them around me and I am very sad seeing them close their stand for over 6 hours sourcing for cash to transact with.
This thing is extremely simple, share this money to different people, this is the time to enrich families, but NO, they are always selfish, corruptically stingy.

Ecne: NO WAY! We won't extend shit. Those politicians still keeping old notes at home, will see shege from February 1. I pity the urchins still collecting old notes from them to sell their votes and campaign for them.
Believe that politicians have the old note at your own peril.
They are the ones hoarding the new notes, next month will expose them.

hermesprogidy: It doesn't imply there are no wicked rich people. But poor Nigerians can be very mean and you know it.
Sir! This is what I know... Majority are poor, few are rich, of course you will say many poor people are heartless, but the few rich are extremely dangerous.
Jennyclay: I made similar comment like this on a thread and they all came for my head. An average Nigerian is dangerously wicked, especially the poor and broke ones. Reason I aviod poor and broke people like a plague.
Aunty, the source of wealth of many rich dudes too ain't completely clean. It's filled with extortion, manipulation and the likes.
GabrielHub: How Much Do Dispatch Riders Make in Nigeria
The monthly salary of a dispatch rider In Nigeria is normally in the range of 94,300 NGN. The lowest salary is 49,000 NGN, and the highest is 144,000 NGN (highest).
The typical monthly wage is this amount, which typically covers housing, transportation, and other perks. Pay for dispatchers varies significantly depending on several variables, including experience, aptitude, gender, and location. Below is a complete study based on several variables.
Salary Levels
In Nigeria, dispatcher salaries range from 49,000 NGN (the minimum salary) to 144,000 NGN (the maximum compensation) (maximum salary).
Average Salary
The median monthly wage for dispatchers is 90,500 NGN, which indicates that 50% of them make less than this amount while the other 50% make more than this amount. The middle wage value is represented by the median. In general, you would want to be part of the group receiving more than the median pay on the right side of the graph.
Percentiles
The 25th and the 75th percentiles are two numbers that are directly connected to the median. From the pay distribution diagram, it appears that 25% of dispatcher(s) make less than 62,800 NGN, while 75% make more than 62,800 NGN. By the diagram, 75% of dispatcher(s) make less than 113,000 NGN annually, and 25% make more. What differentiates the average income from the median wage?
Both act as indicators. You are doing very well if your pay is higher than both the median and average. If your pay is below both, a lot of people make more money than you, and you have room to improve. If your compensation falls somewhere between the average and the median, things may become a bit complicated. Comparison of Dispatcher Pay by Years of Experience
What impact do age and experience have on your pay? The most significant factor affecting remuneration is experience level. Naturally, as you gain more experience, your compensation will rise. These findings come from our examination of Dispatcher pay by the level of experience. A dispatcher with far less than two years of experience has an average monthly compensation of 55,700 NGN.
A person with between two and five years of experience can expect to make 74,800 NGN a month, which is 34% more than someone with less than two years of experience. Going forward, a person with a level of experience between five and ten years earns 97,200 NGN per month, which is 30% more than someone with a degree of expertise between 2 and 5 years. Additionally, Dispatchers with 10 to 15 years of experience earn 118,000 NGN per month, which is 21% more than someone with five to ten years of experience.
With 15 to 20 years of experience, an employee can expect to make 129,000 NGN a month, which is 9% higher than a person with 10 to 15 years of experience. The salary for workers with more than twenty years of experience in their field is 135,000 NGN per month, which is 5% more than the salary for workers with 15 to 20 years of experience. Payment Comparison By Education
How do education levels affect salaries?
We all understand that a degree entitles you to a higher wage, but how much more can a degree increase your take-home pay? To compare Dispatcher salaries, we divided them by degree of education. The typical monthly wage for a dispatcher with a high school diploma is 66,200 NGN. While the pay of someone with a certificate or diploma is 94,800 NGN per month, which is 43% greater than the wage of somebody with a diploma. The average pay for someone with a bachelor’s degree is 131,000 NGN per month, which is 38% greater than the salary for someone with a certificate or diploma. The Salary Comparison By Gender
Although it shouldn’t, gender does affect pay. Who therefore earns more: males or women? In Nigeria, men dispatchers make on average 12% more often than their female counterparts. Nigerian Dispatcher Bonus and Incentive Rates
How much are the bonuses awarded, and how often? With some exceptions, a dispatcher’s role in direct revenue generating is often limited, making them low bonus-based jobs. The individuals that receive the greatest bonuses frequently take part in the cycle of income generating. While 23% of the personnel in the poll claimed to have gotten at least one type of monetary bonus, 77% of respondents indicated they hadn’t received any bonuses or incentives in the previous year. Bonus recipients reported receiving payments that ranged from 1% to 3% of their annual salaries.
All these statistics are false. If my riders in Ogun state can earn more than the highest you stated above, then those in Lagos should do better. It all depends on available packages and readiness to work.
SenatePresdo: You don't pick sides In football because of Color, tribe, or religion. You choose a team that you feel would give you happiness.
This isn't true. Think about it and think about club football. If Nigeria had qualified, will I be rooting for Senegal or Portugal? Maybe your assertion is true for just you.

Shelbyboss: Are you sure it a living faith church cause our project doesn't take up to 8months so u saying four year pleses syop lying
You are telling me I am lying talking about my own church. This is something that brings me tears because I know how rich the commission is. Before we got keyboard we the choir had to raise half of the keyboard then beg the RP to help us speak with some church members. Our drumset now is something else and as it is, if we choir can not stand just like we did when we got keyboard of just 70k, no one nor the commission will rise to provide.
I know the headquarter may not be aware, but the corruption in area province and state church will not allow things to move.
The building contract was given to a pastor in state church, he was even trying to seduce the then RP to collect bribe.
Let me burst your bubble... Choir cannot use church petrol for rehearsal, the choir provides that ourselves when there was no response to our plea.
I wouldn't be saying all these if not for the incorrect statement.
I know LFC is rich, but many branches are really suffering, mine is a typical example.
Every winners branch has an accommodation. (Usually at the back of the church). It's free for the pastor and his family. He doesn't need to pay a dime, the church doesn't give you money to rent anything. Once they redeploy you, you'll vacate and the next pastor will move in with his family. That's how it is in winners. Accomodation is free.
Secondly, paid which Money to get which hall? What are you saying please? Winners does not rent. They build their stations from scratch.
You're also talking of absenteeism? You think he's the only pastor running the affairs of the station? He has lieutenants and subsidiaries. It's a full time job. Fine they can have side hustle but you just have to find time to commit yourself to the number 1 purpose that brought you to that community.
What that pastor said might be true. I was in church today ( a winners branch in a remote area where my farm is ) and the pastor was unusually absent. To make matters worse, the assistant pastor said another pastor was coming next Sunday to preach. Maybe the former one has already been replaced we don't know but definitely , it was obvious something wasn't right somewhere.
You just boldy made incorrect statement my boss.
I am a winner too. Here, most of the branches, church pay the rent of the RP and the ARP, though from the area church or headquarters. No building behind the church for pastors. My own branch sef, we have been begging God to intervene in the completion of church building which has been left uncompleted for over 4 years.
And then, most of the new branches, they rent hall or the space they use, you can't expect those 10,000 churches to be build just like that when existings ones are yet to even be completed.
cayorday89: At all my brother, each time I am tempted to use it where I stay as a result of testimony from someone around, two days max, it's back to how it used to be...
cayorday89: Reason why I said I might be wrong in bracket, yeah really understood all you wrote up there and I concluded with life not been balanced. But for Glo matter, I wonder why they spend so much on celebrities for a product that these celebs have quite a lesser influence but their network is nothing to write home about... And all round some coys benefit hugely from the celebs and some don't..
Let me shock you my boss, I have been using glo data here for more than 2 years with no issue, and my life depends on data.
cayorday89: I understand all that you said, but sometimes it's good to create a balance, have you thought about the flow of income, most time it's to the extreme and to the detriment of the core staff. The celebs work hard not in the marketing instance, their popularity is mostly just leveraged on (there are exceptions though and I might be wrong) and what I meant is that, they only do a one time thing and repeated over a period of time, but a staff has to meet new people every now and then to convince them into buying their products or services still yet placed on commission... Balance gaz dey, u get me? But in all, it's part of life imbalances..
My boss, you still don't get.
As a staff you have your role to fulfill and then get equivalent reward.
These celebs can even give you what a staff will work for in a year just one day. You think these coys don't know what they are doing? You see coys renewing contracts with Celebs, you think they are not getting their ROI?
We all have our roles and we all have our price.,let's keep working my boss.
