I advised anyone that wants phone to stay from this phone and not to buy it at all.
This is a phone that I regret in my life ever have anything to do with.

This phone was delivered to me on Tuesday May 22nd, 2018 and on same day discovered that after full charging and using for around 20minutes it starts generating heat and the battery percentage drops fast. The torch after putting it on decides by itself the duration it will stay. I calls Jumia 2nd to complain and for retrieval which they refused to do for 14days and I have no choice but to drop it off by myself at Jumia collection centre in Ikeja.
Jumia later called me on June 13th, 2018 and also send me message that my complains were unfounded because the phone is perfectly okay, therefore its being sent back to me !!!
It now became very clear to me that Jumia is deliberately forcing me to take the bad phone either I like it or not.
Is this how Nigerians are supposed to be treated and rubbished in Nigeria by Jumia that are priding themselves as "the online shop you can trust"?

I am a proud Jumia sales consultant and i can say it anywhere. My experience with "most of them" is that they always think they know it all and also, they want to play safe because of the numerous scammers using the name if those online stores to dupe people.

This can happen to any product not just because it is oukitel. I hace heard/seen a day old Infinix and tecno ans even Samsung develop serious issues. This same thing happens to cars and any electronic item. This is no to defend oukitel but to tell you that issue can happen to any device, it is just through luck we buy those that last longer.

Trust me Jumia isnot always happy when items are delayed. I was even shocked when i got a notification now that those i ordered Gionee X1S for on the 3rd of this month are getting it today, this is so fast. FDOzioma ordered on the 27th of last month but the custom people are doing us anyhow. It usually pains me when things like this happens. Custom will free us any moment and you will get your device.

so far it is still within timeline we are still intact, forget about what you see in the tracking result, you will get your device within the timeline given which is between 10-20 days.
