In Nigeria this wouldn't have been a crime let alone
litigation.
Hayley King, 22 year old was secretly filmed by her
roommates spitting on and spraying glass cleaner over
her friend's food.
The video shows Hayley King allegedly spitting in
multiple containers of food stored in a refrigerator in the
off-campus house she shared with two other female
students from the University of South Carolina.
She was arrested by Columbia Police for unlawful,
malicious tampering with human drug product or food,
which could carry a jail sentence of up to 20 years.
According to WISTV King and her two roommates had
been invoved in several arguments "multiple altercations"
weeks before she was caught by the video.
Camera was set in the room because the women
suspected she might want to retaliate after they
demanded she vacate the room but she disagreed.
She was released a day after her arrest with a personal
bond of $5000 (#995000) .

According to sky news, she is to appear in court later
today.

According to the report of the bikeman killed by a bullion
van on the motion in Oke-ilewo area of Abeokuta today.
I don't know what to have said concerning the hit and
run incident even if the motorcyclist was at fault(which
was not ascertained).
As we all know that the bullion van may be transporting
millions of naira from a bank to wherever it is taking the
money to, and stopping immediately the accident
happened might have led to breach of security of the
money which amount we don't know.
What do you think should have happened? Should he
have stopped to show remorse? With due respect to the
dead motorcyclist, is the driver of the bullion van at fault
as he did not stop?
