A nursing student is suing some Misericordia University officials after she failed to pass a course twice. Jennifer Burbella of Stroudsburg said school officials failed to abide by federal law. Burbella was enrolled at Misericordia University in Luzerne County, but her attorney said because of disabilities including anxiety, depression, and stress, she needed help. Harry McGrath specializes in education law, representing students, families, teachers, and administrators. “She has some disabilities and under section 504 of The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1973, you can make certain accommodations, not only in educational setting, but in the workplace, et cetera,” he said. According to the federal lawsuit, Burbella asked for help including extended time to complete exams, and communication with a professor during a test. She said Misericordia officials did not follow through on those things, so she failed to pass the required course, not once, but twice. We could all remember that on the 18th day of January, this year, Mrs. Alison-Madueke the Minister of Petroleum Resources announced the reduction of the fuel pump price from N97 per litre to N87 per litre. She even made us to understand that the N10 reduction in fuel price was necessitated by the reduction in crude oil prices in the international oil market even when it in contrast with a previous federal government oil policy because the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy (CME) Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, had insisted on December 17, 2014 that Nigeria would not reduce the pump price of fuel despite falling oil prices at the international oil market, until the revenue crisis occasioned by the dwindling oil rates is over. Nigeria is facing serious petrol scarcity now thereby causing filling stations to sell petrol at higher price. In some filling stations across the country, petrol is sold at #100 per liter on the agreement of paying for #100 form before the product is sold. In some other stations petrol is sold at #200,some #250, #300 and so on. According to many reports, the cause of the fuel scarcity is as a result of government's inability to pay the marketers the #200 billion naira owed. Vanguard also learnt that the marketers decided to create scarcity in order to compel the government to pay them the losses they incurred when the government reduced the pump price of petrol from N97 per litre to N87 per litre. All this has shown that the outgoing administration couldn't... http://bamisepeters..in/2015/05/fuel-scarcity-10-pre-election-more-than.html?m=1 |

I don't know how the bloggers do dt copy and paste thingy without reference .. Though i am a blogger too but am always afraid to copy because i kno ow hard i worked before completing a single write-up.... Whenever i copy i make sure the reference is very conspicuous and i will make sure i put the link that will direct my viewers to it directly because it isnt my sweat... I c dsame news on so many different blogs word for word without reference and i thought maybe dsame author owns all the blogs... Its not easy to blog but all bloggers should learn to reference hardwork and not make it their own wen its obviously not theirs. How will you feel if u wake up one morning and see your article u worked hard to complete on someone else's blog without referencing you? Even with reference you will not be happy because that person's blog will get the views and even if the link to your own blog is added people might eventually not click on your own.... Pls let us learn to apply wat we were thought in school. |

Ladies most of the times have taught guys one lesson or the other which has generated to negative conclusions. Most guys of this century believes that you can win any woman once you have the resources(money). The question is that if you have dated a girl and her approach towards you is always a Yes Yes when money comes to play does that implies that all of the girls are just lovers of material things? Agreed, money is essential when we talk about relationship, but at the same time money is not everything. Love has its own place and it is the first that must be considered before money. Most times, first impression you create matters. Your first impression shows any lady the kind of relationship you want from her. A responsible lady who knows what she wants in a man will definitely not accept you if the kind of impression you create is the one that shows to her that you have the cash to spend around. With such attitude such woman will know that you will place money above her after she agrees which will be very disastrous to her future. Some guys don't even waste their time doing the needful when approaching a lady, they believe once they show the colour of money any lady will follow, this has earned many guys slap(s). Accepted, there are girls that all they want is your cash, but don't make that mistake of generalizing that assertion. As we have those that all they want is your cash, we also have those that they need all other qualities a man must possess to be a good husband from you. Respect is what a woman wants and deserves from any man, if you place money or any material things above that respect, you will never get the Yes from any responsible lady. What about being caring? Do you think money can solve that all the time? Being caring is one thing money cannot always cater for. Ladies needs someone that will show them he will be available not only materially but physically and emotionally as well. You must show her you care so that she will feel secured whenever she is with you. If you are from a rich home don't be intoxicated with the money, do you think this ladies don't know your level when we talk about the financial aspect? They want you to tell them what else you can offer apart from the wealth. If you are from a well-to-do family or even a poor home, don't try to impress the lady financial so that you will not set the standard you cannot manage consistently because consistency is a huge factor that develops a good relationship. You might not be buoyant financially at the beginning but the lady is also interested in your dreams. Future determines a poor man and not the present. You will be shocked that if you work towards a realistic dream and you become rich a lady who denied you when you were not too financially stable will want to die just to have you. So, be yourself and don't be pushed by peer pressure. Don't proclaim to a lady what you are not. If you start a relationship with lies, when the truth will come out it might not be able to repair the danger caused. http://bamisepeters..in/2015/05/common-mistakes-guys-make-to-get-lady.html?m=1 |

According to the information reaching us from the Orientation camp in Benue state, over six thousand corp members arrived at the camp as against three thousand that the facilities could accommodate. This has denied many corp members registration opportunity in the camp and the facilities on ground isn't enough to cover all of them. With the intervention of the DG of NYSC today, they had to ask almost half of the number to go back home and come back for stream(ii) later this month with transport fare given to them. According to the NYSC twitter handle as you will see below, they made the mistake on the call-up letter by putting wrong date on the letter of those that were meant to come for the second stream. As you can see below, corp members are sleeping in the lecture hall of the orientation See more here... http:///vBjp9VZuOU
