FamilyStop Being Fake!!! by bamac(op): 1:30pm On Apr 28, 2015
Many reasons have been developed by different people who are living fake/false life. Some will say human being cannot leave without lie, that the only constant thing among human is lies.  Another will say even if you are truthful people will still not believe you, so why not lie since that is the only language people understands.
Some will also say "appearance is reality" so its better to appear false (to you but good to outsiders) so that people will have the good impression about you even when you know you are being false.

Do you now know that many people have involved themselves in fake/false life and are now reaping the reward in their grave?
Do you also know that some have involved themselves into fake/false life which has denied them of opportunities?

Living a fake/false life is truly the in-thing in this part of the world, but the question is that is it worth it?

Though, some will say yes, but have you ever pounderd on the disadvantages? Obviously, the disadvantages are much than the enjoyment in it. To anyone living false/fake life, its very sweet when the disadvantages or the result has not roar its ugly head, but once it does standing for what you have claimed to be when you are not will become very hard to do, blaming those that didn't enjoy the fake/false life with you when the experience was pleasant will now turn to the order of the day. You are claiming to be something when you are not. You claim to have something you do not own. You dress to kill/show off when you are crying deep inside of you since your resources is not up to what you put on thereby denying yourself of other needed items by the body.

We believe that material things is essential more than any other thing in the world so therefore, we must get it by all cost. If it is compulsory as we think it is, why then shouldn't we go for what we can afford or what we need at a time rather than competing with others who their source of income are so vague or those who their income can buy anything in the world even when those things are not needed?

Competing is right but why must we compete with someone higher than us? The only thing we can do is to aim high and work towards it which takes a gradual process to yield result and at times the result might come faster than we can imagine.

The most painful thing is that those who leave fake/false life are the lazy ones. I term them lazy because they are the type that will sleep and snore and expect manner to fall from heaven.

Many fake/false life leavers have lost so many opportunities that should have come their ways through the ugly life they are leaving. They have forgotten that many people are willing to help but they can only help when they know you need their help, since its not reasonable to give food to someone that is filled or not hungry when there is another person out there who is almost dead due to hunger. Opportunities only come to those who truly deserves it.

Living a fake/false life will do anybody more arm than good. Why not just be open to people and be transparent in your dealings with people so that when the truth is revealed you will not be ashamed because there will be one day when the truth of all situations will become apparent, so, what will be your reaction when such happens?

Tell the truth of/in all situations even when you are asked while asleep and let your mind be at rest rather than having unsettled mind and thinking of how to use lies to cover another lie in case the previous lie you told is about to be unraveled since one day the truth behind that lie will be leaked which may cause you havoc.

Living a fake/false life will always tell people you are okay when your roof is even on fire. Living a fake/false life will only tarnish a bright future because the reward awaits anyone who leaves such life in the future. A fake/false life will also send away good people from you.

Leave your life in the right direction so that all will work well with you, do not play away your future when you should be planning on how to make your future right and working towards making those around you proud of you.

Do not leave above your income and do not lavish your income unnecessarily so that you will not cry out loud when others are bursting out in laughter because of their resources management skill.

A word, they say, is enough for the wise!

BusinessNigerians Loses N84m To Xenophobic Attacks by bamac(op): 3:02pm On Apr 25, 2015
Vanguard reported that the Nigerian Union in South Africa said on Saturday that Nigerians lost more than 4.6 million Rand (N84 million) to xenophobic attacks .
The President of Nigerian Union in South Africa, Mr
Ikechukwu Anyene, told the News Agency of Nigeria
(NAN) on phone from Pretoria, South Africa, that the
losses were initially put at 1.2 million Rand ( N21
million).
‘’ The Nigerian Union in South Africa has completed
documentation of the losses suffered by Nigerians to
xenophobic attacks.
‘’ Nigerians lost more than 4.6 million Rand or N84
million during the attacks.
’ A mechanic workshop owned by a Nigerian in Jeppes,
near Johannesburg, for example was completely burnt
with 11 cars inside it.
“ The loss is put at more than one million Rand or N20
million,’’ he said.
Anyene said the Union had compiled the losses and
given the list to Nigeria’s Consul-General to South Africa.
He said Nigerian victims of the attacks needed urgent
assistance to re-settle because many had lost their
means of livelihood.
‘’ The Consul-General has travelled to Nigeria and we
appeal to the Federal Government to do something
urgent to assist Nigerians affected by the attacks.
‘’ We have made representations to the Federal
government .
“ We are also hoping that working with the South African
government, there will be a way to compensate the
affected Nigerians so as to enable them go back to their
normal lives.
‘’ The tension is less now. The South African
government has come out in full force to check the
attacks,’’ he said.
Anyene said the losses suffered by Nigerians were in the
form of vandalised mechanic workshops, burnt
mechanic workshops, looted shops as well as stolen and
burnt
cars.
‘’ More than 50 Nigerians were displaced during the
attacks. The Union has assisted them to return home.
‘’ The Union is also planning to assist a family to move
to a new accommodation because the present home is
not safe,’’ he said.
He said the Union carried out a proper documentation of
the attacks, with pictures and other relevant documents
stored to capture the incidents. (NAN)

CrimeBoko Haram Chase Nigerian Troops From Sambisa by bamac(op): 9:51am On Apr 24, 2015
Nigerian troops were forced to retreat from Boko
Haram’s Sambisa Forest stronghold in the restive
northeast after a landmine blast killed one soldier and
three
vigilantes, security sources said Thursday.
Military top brass said on Wednesday that soldiers were
conducting offensives “in
some forest locations” in the area after it was
announced last week that operations were imminent.
The Sambisa Forest is located in the state of Borno,
some 80 kilometres (50 miles) from the town of Chibok,
from where more than 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped
in April last year.
It has been claimed the 219 schoolgirls still being held
were initially kept in the former game reserve, although
others have said they may have been split up and
moved to Chad or Cameroon.
Defence spokesman Chris Olukolade said in a statement
that a senior Boko Haram commander was killed, as well
as a number of militants who attacked a patrol.
“The operations especially in forest
locations are progressing in defiance of obstacles and
landmines emplaced by the terrorists,” he added.
But progress has been severely hindered because of
improvised explosive devices, a civilian vigilante involved
in the operation
told AFP in an account backed by a
security source.
“Boko Haram have buried landmines all over the routes
leading to their camps in the forest, which is no doubt a
huge obstacle retarding the military offensive against
them,” he told AFP.
Troops withdrew just five kilometres from Boko Haram’s
main camp in the densely forested area because of
landmines.
“We decided to turn back since the route was unsafe. As
we were driving back, one of the vehicles carrying CJTF
(Civilian Joint
Task Force) hit a mine,” he added.
“A soldier and three CJTF were killed
while another soldier was injured. We trudged along and
made it back to Bama yesterday (Wednesday).”
The vigilante added: “There are no
soldiers in Sambisa right now. We all returned to Bama
after the horrifying experience of manoeuvring through
minefields.”
– Persistent threat –
There was no immediate response from the military,
which with its military coalition partners Chad, Niger and
Cameroon has driven out Boko Haram from captured
towns in recent weeks.
“Boko Haram are in large numbers in Sambisa,” said the
vigilante, who
requested anonymity for security reasons.
“All their fighters who were pushed out of Bama, Dikwa,
Gwoza and Damboa (in Borno state) all moved to Boko
Haram camps in Sambisa,” he added.
Details of the offensive came as a series of photographs
circulated on social media accounts linked to the Islamic
State group of heavily armed fighters, purportedly
from Boko Haram.
No independent verification was possible but some of
the accounts said the images were released under the
name “The Islamic State in West Africa”.
Boko Haram chief Abubakar Shekau
pledged allegiance to IS group leader Abu Bakr al-
Baghdadi in March. The Middle Eastern militants
responded by urging Muslims to support the rebels in
Nigeria.
Experts have seen the formal tie-up as a sign of
weakness by the Nigerian Islamists but warned not to
write off the group, which continues to mount smaller-
scale attacks in the region.
According to residents of Kalabalge, who fled to the
Cameroon town of Fotokol, Boko Haram fighters have
taken over the Borno state town, which is near Nigeria’s
border
with Chad.
Thousands of Shuwa Arabs — who are from the same
ethnic group as many Chadian soldiers — have been
pushed out of villages in the area since the Nigerian
army seized the group’s headquarters in Gwoza last
month.
Resident Grema Gana said there were “light-skinned
fighters of north African extraction” in the militant ranks,
adding that Chadian forces operating in the area had
detained some of them.
Another resident, who asked not to be named for his
own safety, said Chadian troops conducted an operation
in the Kalabalge area on Monday as Boko Haram had
returned after being driven out.
He also said “some foreign fighters from north Africa”
were detained.

Romance8 Causes Of Marriage Failure by bamac(op): 9:11pm On Apr 23, 2015
So many marriages will/has failed due to so many
reasons. Some of the cogent reasons are as follows:
1. Not knowing the partner properly: Knowing one's
partner is the purpose of courtship, but to some certain
religion there is limit to courtship which doesn't give
those that wish to be together for the rest of their life
the room to know each other properly. Within there so
called "censored courtship" so many things could be
hidden by any of the two parties just to make sure the
other doesn't go away, and it will definitely come to play
after they are married which might not be bearable for
the other party. For example, the chances of a woman
whom due to the "censored courtship" couldn't establish
her kitchen abilities in the man's house for him to
examine and be satisfied with the ability of his wife-to-
be is shaky because she might not be able to prepare
good meals for the man not forgetting that stomach is
the way to a man's heart, if a woman cannot cook such
marriage is determined.
2. Poverty : This is a very important issue when it comes
to marriage, no matter the level of love, money is
essential for its maintenance. There must be money for
food, to give the children quality education and to take
care of other essential needs in the family.
3. Lack of Wife's financial support : many women are the
cause of their own family failure when the only thing
they do is to sit down, sleep, wake, cook and not
engage in fetching income for the family. It is a most for
the wife to financially engage herself in the running of
the family. Full house wife is a big home breaker, not
even in this century should a woman sit at home without
doing something to fetch the family more income. A
family that the wife waits for the husband to give money
for matches, maggi or salt will break at any moment. A
man will always be happy when he is assured that his
back is covered.
4. Lack of proper communication : Communication is
essential in marriage. Proper communication makes the
two parties to know what they lack at the appropriate
time. Proper communication makes differences to be
very easy to resolve.
5. Not doing what you used to do when courting: This is
common among men, they tend to change immediately
after marriage forgetting that most of the things they
did while courting(plays, assistance, was responsible for
the lady to have said "yes" to their proposal. Ladies too
are guilty of this offence. They tend to endure during
the period of courting but immediately after marriage
they bring out the beast in them, this attitude will never
develop any marriage but destroy it.
6. Sex: This is one of the major reasons of marriage
failures. In some cases the husband might be very
active sexually while the opposite is the case for the
wife or vice versa. One might look for other means If
that person is not properly satisfied sexually not
considering the other person. This is very dangerous to
do since sexual Intercourse brings about intimacy
between the couple, sharing this intimacy with another
person is deadly especially when the true partner get to
know.
7. Time : Most men/women are so particular about the
financial status of the home forgetting that their wife/
husband is another currency that needs time to be
explored. No matter how much the money is been sort
after there must be enough and reasonable time to be
spared to spend with the wife/husband or perhaps with
the kids. Leaving the woman/man for a long period of
time may bring other destroying thought into her/his
mind which will be detrimental to the home.
8. Not contented: Any marriage will break if one of the
couple isn't contented with whatever he/she derives
from the house. For example, the man must be
contented with the meals even when something is
wrong with it not forgetting that the wife is a human
who is bound to be imperfect. Sorting for a better meal
due to the error committed by the wife might lead the
husband to eat from the pot of the enemy which the
result will definitely be against the marriage. And the
couple must be contented with the sexual desire of the
other or else such marriage is bound to break.

SportsDo You Think Chelsea Deserve To Be The Champoins Of England This Season? by bamac(op): 9:16am On Apr 23, 2015
Chelsea was indeed spectacular when the league
started, they played quite good football with the
exceptional performance of Fabregas resulting to Diego
coasta's wonderful finish prior to his reoccurring injuries.
Matic and the defence were unbelievable at the
beginning not forgetting the PFA nominee Hazard.
Of recent even with the winning streak of Chelsea even
over Manchester United, Chelsea team has not been
performing up to expectations. Tiredness and injury on
major players could be some of the factors.
Do you think Chelsea FC deserve to be the champions
of England this season?

SportsJudge Approves NFL Concussion Lawsuit Settlement by bamac(op): 11:49pm On Apr 22, 2015
(CNN)— A federal judge has given final approval to a
class-action lawsuit settlement between the National
Football League and thousands of former players, the
league said.
The agreement provides up to $5 million per retired
player for serious medical conditions associated with
repeated head trauma.
While the lawsuit was a combination of hundreds of
actions brought by more than 5,000 ex-NFL players, the
settlement applies to all players who retired on or before
July 7, 2014, according to Judge Anita Brody's 132-page
decision.
It also applies to the family members of players who
died before that date.
About 200 other former players opted out of the
settlement to the lawsuit, which accused the NFL of
hiding the dangers of concussions.
The NFL said the players and their families would be
eligible for "prompt and substantial benefits."
"Today's decision powerfully underscores the fairness
and propriety of this historic settlement," said Jeff Pash,
the NFL's top lawyer.
There is no cap on the amount of funds available to pay
the monetary awards and all valid claims will be paid in
full for 65 years.
Initially there was a $765 million figure on the settlement
with $675 million capped. Brody declined in January 2014
to approve the deal, saying she was concerned about
the amount of money.
But another agreement reached in June eliminated a
maximum for the monetary award fund. Brody gave her
tentative approval to the deal two weeks later, but also
held a hearing in November for people who wanted to
comment on the fairness of the deal.
In February, she told the plaintiffs and the NFL to
enhance the compensation for players who suffered
from symptoms of CTE, chronic traumatic
encephalopathy.
CTE is a progressive degenerative brain disease found in
some athletes with a history of repetitive brain trauma.
More than 50 former NFL players, including Junior Seau
and Dave Duerson, have been posthumously diagnosed
with the disease.
The retired players or their estates could receive
between $1.5 million and $5 million depending on their
age and the severity of their cognitive impairment.
Players with
fewer than five years of experience will receive smaller
awards.
The settlement also will provide eligible retired players
with baseline neurological exams.
People who want to file a claim must do so within 180
days of receiving notice the settlement is in effect.

CrimeXenophobic Attack:evacuation Of Nigerians From South Africa Begins On Monday-fg by bamac(op): 10:01am On Apr 18, 2015
In response to the Xenophobic attack on foreigners

Pretoria has stated that evacuation of Nigerians in the
hostile country will begin on Monday, 20th April.

xenophobic attacks being meted out by South Africans

PetsGorilla Cracks Zoo Window, Sendsfamily Running by bamac(op): 8:56am On Apr 18, 2015
(CNN)— A family trip to a Nebraska zoo turned terrifying
for one family after the gorilla they were looking at
leaped toward the exhibit window, cracking it.
Kevin Cave caught the incident on video that he posted
on his Reddit page. It has already been viewed more
than a million times.
Cave said when his family first arrived at Omaha's Henry
Doorly Zoo gorilla exhibit, he noticed one of the gorillas
had a cut below his eye that was "bleeding a little bit."
He said he overheard a couple of zookeepers say the
gorillas had been fighting with one another.
Then the gorilla -- named Kijoto -- charged toward the
window and smacked into it, he said.
The leap sent the family and other patrons running, but
Cave said when he looked back, "it wasn't as bad as we
thought it was."
Dan Cassidy with the Henry Doorly Zoo said he's been
surprised by the attention since he considered the whole
thing a "non-event."
The group of male gorillas is known to have occasional
skirmishes.
"They show how tough they are by pounding on the wall
and the windows," Cassidy said.
Even with the crack, the public was never in danger, he
said, because the window has multiple layers of both
glass and acrylic.
Kijoto is a 20-year-old western lowland gorilla, according
to a release on the zoo's website. He weighs 375

CrimeThousands Flee After South Africa Mobs Attack Immigrants by bamac(op): 9:18am On Apr 17, 2015
(CNN)— Thousands sought refuge in temporary shelters
in South Africa after mobs with machetes attacked
immigrants in Durban, leaving at least five people dead,
an aid group said Thursday.
Heavily armed police have scrambled to stop clashes
this week after local residents accused immigrants from
other African nations of taking their jobs.
The attacks in Durban killed two immigrants and three
South Africans, including a 14-year-old boy, authorities
said.
"There has been an outpouring of support from ordinary
South Africans who are disgusted with the attacks not
only because they are foreign, or African, but because
they are fellow human beings," said Gift of the Givers
charity, which is helping those seeking refuge.
"We are preparing aid packages for those who may
journey onwards to their home countries."
The charity said about 8,500 people fled to refugee
centers or police stations this week because of the
violence. That doesn't count anyone who fled their
homes to other, private accommodations, the group
said.
It said it hopes the violence is limited to Durban, but
assured immigrants that it has a facility in Johannesburg
to help those who might need shelter there.
"We have tents and all essential supplies on standby but
pray that sanity prevails and this does not become
necessary," it said.
In the past, Johannesburg has been the epicenter of
anti-immigrant tensions.
In 2008, scores were killed in attacks in the poorest
areas
of Johannesburg. Most of the victims were
Zimbabweans who had fled repression and dire
economic circumstances. In that attack, police arrested
more than 200 people for various crimes including rape,
murder, robbery and theft.

RomanceWhat Any Responsible Woman Must Know About Every Man by bamac(op): 4:09pm On Apr 16, 2015
Man is very essential in any woman's life, the way you
treat your man will make or ma your success in life.
When you make your man happy his success is almost
in his pocket and will definitely affect you when it is
unleashed. But when you make your man less happy
then his success is determined which will affect you one
way or the other.
The below are some of the things a responsible woman
must know about any man :
. Never look down on the looks of any man, take it or
leave it no man is ugly, there is a woman for every man.
Don't make any man feel depressed because of his
looks. Your own man might even be ugly to another
woman since beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Put
yourself in the shoes of the woman whose man you
term ugly, what do you think will happen? (funny but
true).
. A man needs a woman who will snuggle with him
whenever he is free.
. A man wants a woman who will reciprocate his care for
her to him.
. When a man loves with the whole of his heart, he
doesn't want any woman to take him for granted or play
on his intelligence/weakness.
. A man doesn't want his woman to be shared with him .
. A man want a comforter in his woman.

you may be, you must sometimes pretend to be a baby
to your man, do some funny/childish behaviours to
make him laugh or to achieve some other aims.
. A man want a woman who will respect him and accord
to him the desired respect at the desired time.
. A man want a woman that will be proud of him
anywhere.
. A man want a woman who will understand his mood.
. A man want an encourager in his woman.

PoliticsGubernatorial Election: Some Faults Of The Card Reader by bamac(op): 1:26pm On Apr 12, 2015
The initiation of the card reader by Professor Attahiru
Jega's administration into the electoral process made
the election fair in all the polling stations. On like
previous elections conducted in this country where
politicians will have used all possible means to rig the
election in their favour, the card reader seriously dealt
with that and made sure the politicians were voted for
following due process since voters cannot vote without
verification.
However, some faults occurred during verification
caused by card reader which generated heat on
Presiding Officers. In some polling units in Benue
state, the card reader couldn't verify the fingerprint of
voters on their voter's card when the rain started. In
some other areas the last statistics of verification still
appeared when the query icon was click thereby creating
confusion among electoral officers in the poling units.
Some also complained once it was afternoon the card
reader didn't verify voter's card not until the weather
changed and so many other complaints.

Share your card reader experience and how you solved
the problem generated by your card reader.
