Pls I know I should go to d gyneacology section,but I didn't get a response in a long time.

I really want to take in,want to know if it is possible to conceive on the first day of menses.

Its the 30th day now,but no menses yet since last month 25th.

I am still waiting though,but been having cramps for a week now.

Hello,please I would like to know if one could get pregnant with sex on the first day of menses?

Had a one time heavy discharge of eggwhite like discharge two weeks after and lots of cramps on the right side.

My menses is supposed to come 5 days from now but I have being having lots premenstural pains and some big pimples.

Could it mean just menses or something else?

Well,over the years,I can't cook in a dirty kitchen,and I tidy up as I am cooking.

Also can't leave a dirty kitchen,when I am through with cooking,no matter how tired I am.

When cooking,I have come to know that grated onions make the soup sweeter than chopped onions.

All these I learnt from mama!

There one we did then in the boarding house;northern nigeria. Its called Kwado. Made from garri,that is sprinked with water to make it soft but not mashy. We then add bits of sardine or gesha. Then grounded kulikuli and grounded pepper. Also oil. And salt&maggi,with curry&thyme.

Nothing holds the stomach more than beans&bread.N40 beans&bread N50.U top with purewaterN5 or N10.I bet through the day your tummy go dey kampe. U would only need regular topping of water to keep the concrete intact.
