Thank you. I have submitted already. The bank issued a cover letter stating all investments. I also included the Tbills cert and that's why I'm worried because it has both face and discounted value stated in it. Guitarlife: Face value. But you might want to ensure that yo uget a cover letter for all your investments from the bank stating face value, effective date and maturity date. That was what I used and from the notes the case analyst referenced the letter. tho you can still add the tbills cert. |

@guitarlife. ..good morning. I noticed you used Tbills. Pls was it the face or discounted value that was used in computing your POF based on the Gcms notes received? Thanks! Guitarlife: Hi guys my gcms notes came through and everything looks good. However, I noticed when my pof was computed the CAD recorded was less than my actual declared CAD thank God it still met the pof requirement for a family of 1.
I did some computation and it seemed the difference was the RSA amount that I added, it seems CIC nor wan dey gree with RSA again o. I became even more sure of that when someone in my group chat march aor got his gcms and it was stated that review for pof and he added his pension rsa too.
This may not be true tho but this is what I noticed. On the basis of the computation of my own funds then I can boldly say CIC did not include my RSA funds. |

Here's my IELTS result; L-8.5 R-8.5 S-7.5 W-7.0
Humanly speaking, I prepared adequately for the test but I made too many errors on exam day to deserve this result. I can only give all glory to God.
Be encouraged everyone...it will surely end in praise. |

Reading these PPR stories have encouraged me again. I'm new to the whole process and was discouraged after my speaking on Monday...somehow I've drawn strength from these stories. Thanks to everyone on this thread and congrats to the seniors on their PPR.
Like we say...It will end in praise |

Good morning everyone. Please I need clarification. I just did Tbills for the first time. I instructed my account officer to purchase Tbills of 3M for me for 182days. I just checked my account now to discover that the interest I got was only 186k. I actually expected it to be more. Please can anyone explain if this was done properly. I used GTB. Thanks |

Ayaboyo: Go on EA website , check the various accord match your hubby's uni and graduation year to confirm which accord hd wld be classed under.
The only work experience to be recognised will be the years after his degree not the years before. Thanks Ayaboyo, I will do that immediately. Based on your experience (and this goes out to others in the house please), what state would you recommend he applies for nomination to as per his mechanical engineering background. |

234ng44uk: Since he has a degree from UK, he will be awarded a prefessional engineer status under Washington accord. However, his 10 years work experience will be disregarded as those are pre-qualification experiences. He doesn't need a CDR. He is also exempted from proof of English, he can write a letter to show that he is proficient. What he will need however are all his transcripts pre-BSc and for the BSc. Thank you so much. I will keep the house updated on progress made. Can you recommend what states to apply for nomination with his engineering background? |

mctowel01: @ bammy2 Your situation looks delicate. I had something similar, although direct entry to year 2. i mailed EA and they asked me to submit all my transcripts from the different programs during application. They also stated that the course transcript is what is assessed. Yours is 3rd year entry, you can mail EA to confirm directly to get a more accurate response. Here is their mail: memberservices@engineersaustralia.org.au Thank you Mctowel01. I will give it a try. |

Hello everyone! I have learnt a lot from this thread. Please I need your advice. My fiance and I are getting married soon and we plan to process OZ PR. When he was in Nigeria,he got an offer from RObert Gordon University to do his BSC in Engineering but to start from year 3. After year 3 he was given his BSC cert which he went ahead to have a Masters in the Uk. I will like to know if he will be positively assessed by EA. He has over 10years work experience.
What accord does his degree fall under? Will he need to write a CDR?
