The latest I added in August has been domain flipping.

Took me one month to understand the program then I started investing into Domains (Online Real Estate).

Has it been smooth?

Definitely not!

But it's been worth it.

In simple explanation, you buy digital lands (domains/websites) for as low as $7-$11 and sell them for any price you can evaluate them on.

Presenting I invest in Geographical kind of Domains.

For example; (PlumberLafayette dot com) was bought for $5.99 but I'm selling it for $150

There are others I've been able to flip and I have others in my portfolio that's as high as $650 - $5000

Even if all you can close at the end of the day is $100 and earn such in a month, it's a good return on investment.

If you have a larger portfolio as you keep making profit, you'll be swimming in cash.

I shared some image below from last week outbound process to potential end users of the domain name.

PS: Outbounding process means reaching out to end users to pitch the domain name in the US.

The white community crave after good domain names that can make their businesses more visible online.

Someone's business name might be James and John Truck in Texas while selling trucks and cars.

Their websites might be (JJtruck dot com)

The truth is they'll hardly ever get customers online and if you have a domain name like (TexasAutos dot com) selling for $450, they'll run after you.

This can be seen from the image I shared below for a service-based domain name in Virginia which I listed for $450 but he's throwing in an offer of $250.

We eventually agreed on $300.
