Typing... Well I'm still very young and still struggling to survive. But the little story i want to share now is about my inlaw. He told me that he has tested poverty before. He struggled to enter secondary school but unfortunately he couldn't finish... He later started hawking bread on the streets before he could survive, even the bread he was hawking then was for someone. To cut the long story short, he later started learning vulcanising work in front of a filling station. After going through all sort of challenges and being humble, obedience, hardworking and continue to believe for better tomorrow, finally he is not just rich but damn rich. He started selling tyres, buy on credit and resell. Gradually he starting buying with his own money. He later bought different plots of land all over the state capital as an investment. build houses and finally he now own a new mansion where he now sells tyres with young boys employed including a graduate who is a secretary. The funny part was that the company he built now was exactly opposite the filling station where he suffered to learn vulcanizing work somewhere in kogi state. His story really inspired me. Advising me to be hardworking that if I'm i will be better than him in the nearest future. And i must not forget to love others like myself, be prayerful and always doing my tithe. Modified |

All the market men and women were left stranded as they were told this morning to come and get their goods and products out at lokoja international market here in kogi state as the market is set to shut down indefinitely till further notice. The question now is; Who will help the poor? How will they survive within this period? Will their goods and products not got spoilt and damaged which may result losing millions of naira? Some were lamenting that since they were born they haven't gone out of this country and why will the rich go and invite this deadly disease to infect, suffer and kill them? So many questions left unanswered...May God come to our aids. This is becoming unbearable to the common masses.

President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi over the passing of his mother, Hajiya Hauwau Oziohu Bello, aged 101, praying that almighty God will comfort her family and loved ones. The President’s condolence message was conveyed in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Sunday. The President urged the governor, family members and all associates of Hajiya Bello to find solace in the grace of long life given to the matriarch, and her strength of character in bringing up her children, grandchildren and great-grand children in fear of God. President Buhari lauded the deceased for promoting strong moral values in her community during her lifetime. Copied.
