*1.Think big.*
It's is less dangerous to set our aims high and fall short than setting our aims low and achieving our mark, aim big, it's ur blue print of success, it's the first plan, it is better to know your destination before the race begin than looking for a destination along the lane, you might just be running in circles. And please don't forget, don't just aim correctly, fire ur bow harder.

*2.Find what u love to do and do it.*

You know you are on the road to success if you would do your job not really for the pay, that is what I call, paying for my passion.
From me; "Study yourself to show yourself yourself".
You really have to know the present you before planning to build the later you, both you must share things in common.
I use to think that the difference BTW a black and a white is, we blacks work for money, and the white works for name. Now the real diff is, we look for what would better pay and they make a lot (not just money) out of what they could do best and enjoy doing (not sure of the silly idea tho, just an instinct).

*3. Learn how to balance life.*

From Phil Knight; “There is an immutable conflict at work in life and in business, a constant battle between peace and chaos. Neither can be mastered, but both can be influenced. How you go about that is the key to success.”
Please life is not a bed of roses, but you can always make your own bed of roses, life might come difficult, but the way u overcome is you main key to success.

*4. Defeat ur greatest enemy.*

I believe our greatest enemy and ally lie in us.
Fear & Doubts; these two are the first to attack us even before we start moving for success, it's in you yet could brake you. Be strong my dear, don't feed those two, they would reduce your believe and fighting spirit (your best ally).
You loose 100% of the shots you don't take at all, try making a shot, the outcome is still unknown until you make that shot.

*5. Do not be afraid of failure.*

*6. Have an unwavering resolution to succeed.*

I made a resolve then that I was going to amount to something if I could. And no hours, nor amount of labour, nor amount of money would deter or stop me from giving the best that there was in me.
U no1 competitor is still yourself, challenge your self, it only set paces for yourself.

It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things.

Then when my mum would make troubles or get involved in one, i'll always tell her “Reduce you enemy, haters and leave long”
Your attention at early stage shldnt be upon the beefs you want to return.

No matter how big your dream is, I think u've got that chance to tell that dream how big you could get. Don't be weakened by the words of others, instead they should boost your morale.

The last year commissioned private school located in Ode-Omu Osun state hs been helping student achieve there dreams, as their vision is to raise leaders and transform mind.

The school kicked off last year with more than 100 students on scholarship, which I was a part of and the same scholarship program is available for new intakes. Though KU wasn't the school I intended but right now, am feeling like my biggest dream is at the corner, they have been doing excellent to raise us as leaders, they offer us tutorials by the biggest entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Skill acquisition and development programs for us apart from normal lectures. Nairaland might run server error if I keep testifying.

The scholarship is still on for who ever gets to the premises of the school now and registers, no brain test aside oral screening, find out more about the school http://kingsuniversity.edu.ng/

Women play a significant role as wife, mother etc and they are also known for their multi-tasking i.e they have an ability to do various tasks at one time. They could be seen working somewhere and at the same time taking care of their family.
Most women are career women (working mothers) due to the economy crunch of today. They have started supporting their family and are no more dependent on the man in the family. They have taken upon themselves,not just due to bad economy, but because they are smart enough to find their place in the competitive world.
In contrast, some women are housewives, because they believe they have a vital responsibility at home that they cannot fulfill if they have to leave house for work.
Of course,being a career woman puts a woman on her feet.It gives a sigh of relief that you do not have to fear if tomorrow your husband leaves you,because you would be capable enough to take care of your children and yourself.You will live confidently compared to other mums who are just housewives.
“Working woman will feel guilty because she is not giving quality time to her family,all in the name of making money to support”,an housewife would say.”Many marriages end up in divorce because of an imbalance created by working outside.Your relationship with your husband may go sour,because you are not always present when he wanted”,another housewife would say.
The life of a working woman is full of exuberance.Daily,they have something new to do and they feel very excited about it unlike the housewife who has a very little piece of work to do and after doing that,they start getting bored.
A career woman would say,”As a working woman,your husband’s attitude towards you will be completely different,in fact,not just your husband,but other members in your family like father-in-law or mother-in-law will also give value to you.And this will really boost your morale”
In the case of not getting bored while doing work,research shows that working women have to bear so much stress because they have to juggle between two jobs.They have to look after their family and at the same time keep their job.Therefore,there is need to maintain a balance between the two.Fatigue will come in when they have to perform well at both places.However,most of the career women are able to manage it because of their capability of “multi-tasking”.
Most working mothers have to face some kind of harassment at their work place,which is a common thing.This could be from teasing to sexual harassment.They have to go through this on daily basis.While,on the other hand,housewives do not have to face all of this.
Any form of harassment could dent the woman’s MORALE and could leave her in PERMANENT DEPRESSION.
For housewives,being at home gives them ample time to spend with their child(ren),especially their studies.At a particular age,it is important for a mother to mentor her child(ren).Being a housewife,you will give more attention to your kid’s weak areas and hone up the strengths.In short,a mother’s involvement in her child(ren)’s studies will help the child to get best support from her and clarify the doubts and weak areas.
Research shows that most of the middle age working women are suffering with one or more diseases,such as diabetes,cervical,thyroid,hypertension,back pain etc.
A housewife’s opinion would be,”If you stay at home,you get more time to take care of your health.The fatigue of work stress,fulfilling deadlines,commuting to and fro do bring up the stress levels.If the lady of the house is less stressed out,everyone in the house will be less stressed out.
So,it is up to women and how they are able to adjust their life.Being a housewife or a working class woman is not the most important thing,but the most important thing is doing the right thing at right time and being happy with yourself and your family.
