I understand but I have people who applied for their study VISA in May and have gotten theirs since the school will resume August. I am sure I will get it this month.

I think he was referring to visit visa. I applied for study visa since 28 of March, no feedback yet.

I should expect mine soon because I applied on the 24th June for study Visa, however, please confirm from him because 23rd is a Sunday and they don't attend to people on Sunday I think.

This isn't fair at all. I just hope it comes before my scholarship runs out. My medical insurance has been running too

If you are undocumented immigrant, or your permit is about to expire or has expired..please try to regularise your documents. There is mass arrest of foreigners especially is Johannesburg metros and CBD...You can do yourself a favor by avoiding such places for now and ensure your papers are with you. Home affairs will start verifications of those arrested. The objective is to deport as many as possible. For those planning to come here for a long stay, please avoid avoid tourist visa, it will land you in trouble. Ensure you apply for proper long stay visa categories. Thank you
